We met Nick out surfing and asked him about the best pizzas in the area. He let us know he worked at Blaze and that their service and pizza are in incredible. Think Subway, but pizza and high quality ingredients! This is our family's favorite pizzeria!Parking: It's in a shopping center, so it shares a lot with several stores. My experience has been that it's always easy to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They leave just enough room for a wheelchair, but it is sufficient.

Good pizza but I do not recommend ordering online in advance. This is the second time we've tried it an hour or two in advance, and when it comes to the pick up time, our pizzas haven't even been started. Management and service seems to need a lot of help at this location.

I've been to this location several times and it used to be a lot better. It just seems the staff isn't trained at all and have no supervision. Even in off peak times they are so slow, the teenage staff move at a snails pace, and seem to be oblivious on how to be efficient with their time and making the process flow. It's unfortunate because the pizza is good for the price but it's brutal to wait through them making it. I can't see myself coming back anytime soon.Vegetarian options: Seems fine.

We like the food at blaze, but this particular site does NOT read the instructions on online orders. The last 4 times we have ordered here they have failed to read the comments asking for extra spinach. I asked them if there was a better way to get extra of a topping when ordering online and they shrugged and said, leave note. That is what we have been doing but you never read them!

Bad service and in need of real management. We went in on a thursday evening and it was chaos behind they go may order wrong and when I enquired about to the "manager" she just avoided eye contact. They got the guy next to me order wrong too.

We've been going to Blaze Pizza ever since it opened up and we often take a group of about 15-20 special needs young adults there for their monthly get-togethers - because they could order on their own, and they love the pizza. Last month we took them - and the manager of the store, Gloria was so incredibly rude and disrespected to every single person in our group(parents also) that the kids were feeling sad about being there and didn't understand why they were being treated badly. I asked her if she was having a bad day or she wasn't feeling well, figuring maybe there was another reason for her behavior, and she just walked away. She really had no right to ruin their experience with her attitude. I wrote Corporate and let them know what happened and they sent me a coupon for discount on pizza- with no explanation or interest in my comments. I called Corporate and they never called me back. We will not be coming back to blaze ever, not as a family or as a group, if this is how they're going to treat disabled kids They don't deserve our business, and I would hope others reading this would think twice about going there. Update: to the owner of blaze who just sent me this genetic bs comment- pleaser re-read my post and understand that I already contacted corporate by email and phone You will never get a five star review from me until the company understands that treating customers - and those with special needs - inappropriately is NOT OKAY

Our pizza hardly had any sauce on it. We ordered via DoorDash to be sent to our hotel room. We have small kids (one with special needs) and can’t eat out at restaurants. So we have to eat “in” while on this vacation. I also ordered a pizza with sauce, but no cheese. As cheese can be a choking hazard for a small little one and my special needs son. It arrived with cheese and almost no sauce like our other pizza. I took the cheese off and kids still liked it. So that’s a plus. But please please don’t hold out on the sauce!

The lady immediately had a frown, was aggressive and unfriendly. She didn’t care about her job or the customers and gave a bad name to Hispanic culture and people. This saddens me. I asked for light salt, she drenched it with so much salt that I couldn’t taste the rest of the ingredients. I asked for mushrooms and chicken and omg there was only 4 pieces of chicken in all of my pizza and she scraped the last crumbs of the mushroom. The whole time she was grumpy and kept on speaking to colleagues and on her phone. I feel bad for the owner of this chain. She really is making the business look bad.Dietary restrictions: Nice thing is that they have gluten free options which is a plus.
