We were in Encinitas for a beach day and wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday with some sushi or sashimi. We found Blue Fin via google search and decided to stop by. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and very inviting with some great Jazz and Funk music playing. Our order was comprised entirely of sashimi. We got 8 different orders of the 5 pieces of sashimi. Every dish was delicious! The fish was so fresh with incredible flavor. Hard to choose a favorite of what we had, but...
