This is hands-down, the best sushi I've had outside of Japan. I've only been here twice in the past two years, but loved every moment of it. The folks there take good care of the fish they prepare as well as their guests.

I love every visit to Blue Fin. We typically prefer omakase, and thus far have always enjoyed the choices and the presentation. The staff are all very kind, and the quality of the meal is top notch.

We’ve been coming back to Sushi Bar Blue Fin religiously in the last couple of years, because it is honestly the best sushi in town. We’d go here on a lowkey weeknight, a lively weekend, and even celebrated birthdays with a large group! In fact, we were just here tonight! :) There are many reasons why we keep on returning but if I could summarize it in one word, it is authenticity. They have an authentic Japanese dining experience with an impressive dedication to quality....
