Asked for Fries well done, and they were cold. The bun on the Whopper was stale and basically fell apart. I should've known better as I've never had a great experience here.

I asked for bbq sauce in the drive thru. They didn't give it to me. When I went in to ask for one, the lady tried to charge me 20 cents. We also asked for 2 waters but only got 1. Had to ask twice for catsup. Pathetic!

You've got to love a Whopper! And 2 for about $6, a deal too. Note the Encinitas location had cash only in the drive-through, which I liked, no change or handling of credit card.

Put in a mobile order threw drive thru this morning for breakfast and no one responded. Only an Automated voice that didn’t help. Went threw the drive thru twice thinking it would help but the same thing happened! Terrible experience should of put some sort of sign to indicate problems!
