This place is great and clean. The only odd thing is that it's in a gas station ⛽️. :)

Ordered the breakfast burrito and the california burrito. Large, fresh, flavorful. Great authentic tortillas and fresh salsa. Restaurant was clean and the staff were helpful in pointing out the specialties. They seemed to take pride in their food and their establishment. Will definitely go back.

I was skeptical about the location since it was in the same lot as the gas station but I'm glad I went. The food was AMAZINGLY Good and did not disappoint. BF and I had 7 Mares, the shrimp cocktail and guacamole. For dessert I had the churros. The mango-habanero salsa was good but I wishes it was more spicy. This lil family owned restaurant is a must if you're in the area.

Very bad food but very expensive, that's what they are good for. Do you want to end up angry after eating, this place is the right

I don't get the reviews, maybe I'm missing something or ordered the wrong thing. Their guacamole is sour and has too much lime and is watery. Breaded Fish burrito is made with weird fish sticks and the fish looks grey - not a good sign - I refused to eat more than one bite. The bean and cheese burrito was decent but is a blob in your hand. Overall it was really meh. I do appreciate the girl who hooked me up with the salsa I ask for.

So delicious and enough food to feed an army. We are visiting from Canada and love to find little local hidden gems. This is one!Burrito was Huge, my son LOVED the shrimp plate and the salsa was the best ever. Would eat here again and again if we lived closer!

So delicious. I had the churros, fish tacos, and cocktail The food came out quick and tasted fresh. The cocktail was nice and cold, and the tacos and churro were hot. The churro was stuffed with cajeta, and tasted freshly made, not frozen. Everything was so yummy. I will be back.

Best local burrito spot hands down. Get the hot red salsa. Tortillas to go on their own really delicious.

This used to be our go to spot when in the area. We live in south county and we would get off the freeway and make our way over to eat many times as we drive by. Recently they increased prices by 30 percent on some items. Not worth the effort at that point sadly. Food is fresh made to order and service is always friendly. There are other ways to increase margins besides gouging the guest. We will still come but not a much

My dad took a job in Encinitas seven years ago and stayed at a hotel nearby. When we came to visit, he took us to dinner here. It wasn't promising at first given that it is connected to a 7-11 and is situated in a gas station, but it quickly became a family favorite whenever we were in town and my dad consistently ate there throughout his stay in Encinitas. The food is insanely good, and the service is wonderful. I haven't had a thing off their menu that isn't worth ordering again. Their adobada is so flavorful and is my dad's go to meal. They keep a clean dining room and bathroom as well. Prior to the pandemic, they had an amazing salsa bar, but have now since switched to a to-go style as a standard for dine-in. Despite that, every salsa they offer tastes as good as the first time. We had the chance to pop in this weekend for the first time in a while since it is out of the way from our home, and they remembered my dad even though it's been so long. Great service and great food. I hope the community continues to keep this great place in business.

Looking for a good California burrito? This is the spot. Want a good surf and turf burrito, this is the spot. Ceviche was good too if you want seafood. It's on the side of the gas station. Honestly, I came bc I was staying at a nearby hotel and this was within walking and biking distance. I had fancier food the night before and it kind of sucked. I needed to eat something redeeming and this was it. Salsa red and green for the win. 4 tvs to watch and lots of seating inside. Everything was clean and they have free water.
