Shout out to Gabriel who went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. (Just ignore the robot order taker and go to the window, I asked if it spoke Spanish and it ordered like 3 extr things. I just drive past the speaker straight to the pleasant human by the window. Cause they will have to correct your order anyway haha)

AI Bot at drive thru speaker takes your order. No real humans. Of course it took my order down wrong, and forget about customizing a combo like with waffle fries or drink. Or adding sauces. Don't spend a few minutes trying to get an order in with the bot, drive to the window and again no humans interact with you. They ignore the car. I drove off after wasting several minutes talking to an ai bot at the speaker and being ignored by employees inside.
The app kept freezing after I tried to add a 2nd combo to my cart, which is why I bothered with the drive thru at all.

I’m genuinely shocked this place is allowed to stay open. Decrepit and mold everywhere! You can smell it as soon as you get close to the building, let alone inside. They just seem to paint over it most places. Only clientele was the landscapers working locally. Shame on management.

Kind service hot fries. We messed up and accidentally added mayo to our order. My kid has allergies so we meant on the screen to x no mayo. They fixed it for free.

The food is super salty, hot, yes, but the chicken burger is very salty. The person on the line preparing the burger doesn't use gloves. That's unhygienic. They should improve on that.

I was visiting a family member in the hospital and glad to see restaurant was still open being we had made it in prior to closing. I also noticed someone else was still eating. She took my aunt and my order then told us we had to leave. Why didn't she allow us to stay considering someone else was already in the restaurant. I was late and ended up having to eat in the hospital parking lot. Horrible customer service.

I graduated the high school nearby years ago and frequented this location back then. Thought I’d stop in for an early lunch. A so-so experience. The food wasn’t bad at all. I love the chicken Santa Fe sandwich, And this one was good. Just a bit more lettuce was my only thought.
The place does show its age though, and it appears a little disheveled inside. I used to own a few quick, serve restaurants, and was also the food safety manager, so I am probably just a little hyper critical.
My main concern with the service. I will start by saying I do not like AI drive-through ordering. So impersonal. And I felt like the woman who came to the window, made me wait a long time, and could not close the window and be done with me fast enough. She wanted absolutely nothing to do with speaking to me. And if she felt there was a language barrier, I speak fluent in Spanish, all she had to do was ask. I know that she did the same for the next few patrons, but then was a little friendlier or to a Hispanic customer. Whatever??♂️
