Great little place with a nice vibe and great food. The burger is gigantic and amazing. The kale salad was also delicious. But the mushroom toast is something special. Highly recommended!

This has now become one of my new favorite restaurants! The food and service were just amazing, and the ambiance was super chill. The steak was probably our favorite thing that we got. Excited to come back! And if you’re in the area please check this out!

This spot is such a refreshing place in Encinitas! The ambiance is unreal, great music and it's so beautiful inside. Such a good vibe!!! Friendly, easy-going staff with wonderful recommendations. Varied menu with options for light bites and happy hours to nourishing and DELICIOUS main proteins. Some things that especially were amazing were the carrot starter and the skirt steak entree.

Incredible wines, great food, and a chill vibe... Echalé is the spot!
