I have nothing but great things to say about Chick-fil-A and especially this location. My mother and I were having an emotional moment after we finished our meal. They came over and brought us ice cream and asked us if we were okay. It was extremely kind of them to do. The PEOPLE here are great. Thank you very very much. See you again soon!

My son and I just ate at the Encinitas Chick-fil-A. I could not believe how beautiful the atmosphere inside was. They had real flowers on every single table, and around the restaurant. Plenty of staff to help, it was such a nice experience. One of the workers came over and did a random act of kindness for my son and me, and I just couldn’t believe it. It was so appreciated. Definitely restores my hope in humanity. Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job, he’s in touch with his customers, His staff, and he runs a very, very nice restaurant. Could not have been more impressed.. Thank you

This chick-fil-a is always clean, friendly, and quick! The operation is impressive - everyone there has their job down so they work as an excellent team. But they don’t allow their efficiencies to get in the way of making sure the customer feels welcomed and appreciated. The decorations are always on point for the season and the highlighting of the local community is endearing. We had Paul serve us yesterday inside and he was engaging, kind, and personable. He brought the food out to everyone, even if they were sitting outside, and though it was the lunch ish period, the team was calm and still took time to talk to each person pleasantly, beyond just asking for your order. I am a huge fan of chick-fil-a in general, and especially this specific location.Kid-friendliness: Always has cute creative ways to engage the kids!

I frequently talk to my family members in Oregon, and several times, they would tell me, “we are on our way to Chic fil A, “ I decided to try Chic fil A , near my home in Calif. , and it’s now my favorite place when I eat out. My elderly twin uncles are very particular about food, and when I surprised them with two Chick fil A Market Salads, I couldn’t believe, they both loved the Market Salads so much, once a week I drive 35 miles to bring them a chick filet A market salad. They also like the Chick Fil A chicken sandwiches too. As a part time caregiver, The Market Salad makes it easy for me, I don’t need to cook that day, and my elderly , hard to please family members are happy. I also buy a market salad for myself, and if I have friends over for lunch. My friends like them too!

The quality has gone down hill. Two times in a row, my food was bad. The last time I ordered a grilled chicken. sandwich. It was cold and the bun was stale. Hardly worth the $8+.

Quality is slipping here. Last two orders I’ve had were incorrect. Todays chicken sandwich had the smallest, cold piece of chicken breast I’ve ever seen at Chick Fil A.Ordered a deluxe sandwich regular (not spicy) and it came with a slice of pepper Jack instead of American. Employee brought out a slice of American to correct it.I’m writing this as I finish my sandwich and the cheese is still cold, unmelted, as the chicken breast had no heating properties to it.Long story short: the value isn’t there anymore. $7 for a tiny, cold sandwich isn’t it.I don’t know they they have any incentive to change as there’s always a line around the block, but I will be voting with my wallet and coming here less.I filled out their survey the last time I was here and got an incomplete order. Wasn’t contacted, no apology. I think they just have more business than they know what to do with, and that’s fine.
The deluxe chicken sandwich was a current temperature and had a good taste, I also liked the potato fries. Long line but it went fast.
