We've been visiting this area for the last 5 years and just today found this gem. If you like Chinese food, you'll love Chin's Szechwan in Encinitas. We were so excited to find Chin's and hungry, we didn't take pics of our dishes, so I apologize. That said, we haven't eaten Chinese food this great in years.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I ordered the eggplant flower soup and the ma la tofu. It is hard to find a place that know how to cook todu but it was done perfectly here. The restaurant inside is lovely and the waiter was super attentive and nice.
