I got the Honey Walnut Shrimp from Chin’s Szechwan in Encinitas, and it was amazing! I ordered it to-go, and even after bringing it home, the shrimp was still crispy and perfectly coated in that delicious honey glaze. The walnuts were fresh and caramelized just right — sweet, crunchy, and so good with the shrimp. You can really tell they care about quality and texture here. Definitely one of the best versions of this dish I’ve had anywhere. Can’t wait to go back and try...
