Eat Crispy Burger

Me and my friend Erica had a 2 year Contest to try and find the "BEST BURGER IN CALIFORNIA, and the WORLD." We literally went to tons of restaurants to find this Burger. We are very picky when it comes to Burgers. Then one day we stumbled on EAT CRISPY BURGER in Encintas, California. OMG, I was so blown away when I tasted this "BEST BURGER I EVER ATE, EVER," (winning the Contest by Far); that we literally went there every week after, at least once a week, and I would always get 2 to 5 Doubles with Chedder, extra pickles/Ranch, so I could eat them all week. I had met the owners on Instagram and let them know about 6 months into our find of Eat Crispy Burger and they were thrilled to meet us. They even bought us a huge lunch about a week ago. The food is delicious, The burgers taste better than any I have ever had, Great Angus Beef, Smashed and crispy, Fries make with the healthiest oils, AVOCADO, and the Impossible Smashed burger (Erica is Vegan) blew her mind as the best VEGAN Burger she ever had. WE literally drool, when we go out once a week for lunch, and instead of careening so many great restaurants in San Diego County, we are blown away and hooked on EAT CRISPY BURGER in Encinitas, every single week, like Clockwork. They know us like we work there. Why worry about it, or think about it. IF you want he BEST BURGER YOU HAVE EVER HAD BY FAR, far and above any other burger and I've had them all, EAT CRISPY ANGUS SMASHED BURGER (With Chedder) will melt in your mouth with an unforgettable taste, so much, that when you are done, you can't wait to come back and eat another again. ALL THE CUSTOMERS I know that go there also agree, they are the best, and they now have about 5 locations. Take it from me, Mr. Picky Bishop, This is the best BURGER Ever, and I like to get a triple Smashed chedder cheese crispy burger, as I love it. By the way, I eat mostly keto, so I don't even need the bread even though it also is amazing, but you can get your burgers in a bowl also with no Bread. Love the owners for doing this, as this restaurant cares about your Health and good taste. LOVE EAT CRISPY BURGER FOREVER and can't wait to go there again next week! I'm blown away by them. So bummed about my chicken burger because everything we’ve had before has been amazing and the staff is always friendly BUT to actually serve chicken that is jet black to customers? Not very nice and was so bummed when I got home to find an inedible sandwich!

Eat Crispy Burger is deeeelish! My cheeseburger was perfectly crispy but also not dry. Huge plus that the fries was also crispy and salty, I would definitely recommend

Honestly the best burger place I’ve ever been to. I’m pretty sure it’s family owned and operated too (and it’s noticeable).

Food and service is consistently incredible. Get the cowboy burger with some ranch - you won’t be disappointed!

This place is delicious, I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a good burger. I haven’t tried the breakfast sandwiches yet but based on my experience so far, they look great as well!

Excellent smash burgers and fries - had the Cali burgers… so good. Highly recommend. However, this isn’t a big place with a lot of room to sit down inside or out, so we took our food to go.

Great for pick up as there really isn't any seating inside or outside. Got the original crispy double cheeseburger and onion rings. Probably the best burger I've had with Tanner's prime and the Butchery close behind. Delicious. Can't wait to go back.

On a short stay at Leucadia Beach Inn we needed some dinner. I found Eat Crispy Burgers on UberEats. The double cheeseburger had a deal that included free French fries so I order two of us for us to pick up.

The prices are very fair. Pickup time was just a few minutes. We placed the order and heads that way with a quick stop at the 7-11 for some $1 drinks.

Our order was ready when we arrived. Getting back to the hotel the food was hot. The burgers and fries were delicious with generous size portions. After eating all we could we still had a full order of fries leftover.

I especially appreciated the ability to add or deduct items. The pickled onions and the toppings made the burgers so tasty.

I highly recommend ECB. A short drive from 101…good service and memorable food.

I had such a great experience eating at Crispy Burger! The food was delicious! 😋I ordered the Crazy Onion Rings, which were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the kids’ meal sliders, which were a big hit as well. Everything tasted fresh 😁Monsarrat and Harry went above and beyond ,they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly. Their customer service was top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient.

I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Crispy Burger to anyone looking for amazing food paired with excellent service!

No seating inside or outside. Relatively long wait times. Burger was decent, but don't add bacon for $2. It wasn't crispy and didn't have much flavor. Fries/rings combo was very good. Tip: Fox Farms Brewing us only 1.2 miles away has 30 seats and welcomes outside food.
