The food was tasty and reasonably priced, which I appreciated. However, the flour-dusted atmosphere wasn't really my thing, and the service was disappointing. If I come back, it will be for the food, nothing else.

Good food, good quality, good portions. This used to be a special restaurant for me and my wife on special occasions, but it's gone down a step or two. Not sure I will be back after this experience because it isn't 5-star anymore. 4 issues: 1. Went for happy hour. Bartender doesn't give us a menu or tell us about happy hour specials. The food - when it came out 1 hour on the dot after our arrival (cringe) - was good as usual. But the service was painfully slow. The waiter - a tall bald man - seemed scattered, brought our drinks after our appetizer (and had to be reminded), and overall, we felt as if we were not taken care of well at all - with the exception of the busboy Jose, who was incredibly attentive as always.If the food wasn't good, we wouldn't come back.
