Flippin Pizza Encinitas

The pizza is fine I guess if it’s an emergency, but it’s not very flavorful. There’s so little good pizza in north county and I guess that’s why this place has several locations: people don’t know any better.

The guy with the Goofy bushy French mustache kind of threw me off with his attitude problem 🫤 (maybe he likes men ) but other than that, everything was cool.

Have avoided this place for more than a decade after being underwhelmed the first time I ate there. Finally went back and glad I did. The pizza was delicious. Will be back soon.

Manager was extremely rude and unapologetic for poor service

This location is favorite of mine Anthony the manger makes the best pizzas there. I am being loyal customer for life. The buffalo pizza the bbq pizza are all great but my favorite is the veggie. I like my pizza baked lightly so you can fold it over a well done crunchy pizza. Enjoy ready to eat slices or order a whole pie and eat. You can eat the whole pizza and you won’t feel sluggish that shows they use quality ingredients. The have great staff who keeps the place clean and friendly. They have tv with live sports or playing good movies. Be sure to tip them they go above beyond at this location.

Plenty of room for my family (8) and even though it looked like we were the last ones of the night we did not feel rushed. Enjoyed that thin crust!

Needed a quick bite and to get something in my stomach after a long day… Isaac was super helpful and friendly. Pizza was delicious and crispy and I’m walking out satisfied. Affordable, nice sized slice for under $5. Will be coming back

I ordered a gluten free Brooklyn pizza from Flippin' and they sent me a burnt pizza! You guys can do better than that. If the pizza looks burnt, you should just remake it next time. The flavor was terrible as a result and I only ate half because I was hungry and had no other alternative.

Ordered a pizza and salad to go last week (on 4/12/24 around 5 pm) and while the pizza was fine, the salad had a bunch of mushy rotten pieces of spring mix in it, so gross. Won't be spending $13 for a salad there ever again!

I'm very disappointed. Used to come here all the time for real authentic NY pizza. This last visit was nothing like NY pizza, way too much cheese, and too light on the sauce. Not likely to go back.
