I have a tree nut, peanut and coconut allergy. It isn’t deadly but I am cautious. This was my first time here. I look at the menu and see pancakes so that’s what I order. The pancakes come and I take a bite and I can taste almond flour. I work in the restaurant industry and go to a culinary school. I’m familiar with flavors and could tell instantly it was almond. No where on the menu does it say gluten free or that it was made out of almond and coconut flour… I’ve taken a class on allergies and I’ve taken a class on how to properly form a menu. I have never in my life been somewhere where an item is made out of nuts and it DOESN’T say so. Just think what could’ve happened if I was more allergic. When I alerted the server he made it seem like it was my fault for not telling him about the allergy???? He said he will take it off the bill…like I would hope so because I didn’t eat it and it could’ve killed me. The server horribly addressed the situation and tried to get me to order something else. I don’t feel comfortable ever eating here again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wanted to like this place really wanted to but just didnt do it for me I was so excited because they dont use seed oils and that is why I left a extra star up service was good the food just was not a hit it was just ehhh I did like the French fries

Great spot along the 101. Service is excellent. Food is delicious. All their food is great but today I got the breakfast hamburger melt and it was amazing.

Walked in annoyed we weren't getting tacos and left eager to come back.

We travel to San Diego virtually every year and frequently visit Encinitas and on this most recent trip we finally tried GoodOnYa and it was so good we came back a few days later. Almost went a third time in a week.

I had a very filling meal but didn't feel gross like you do at most places because they use high quality ingredients. They also had the best Kombucha I've ever had. My wife and kids love Hiyo drinks and those are offered on tap. The Kombucha was so good I didn't even consider at a lunch beer while on vacation but if I had the selection was quality as well.

The food was awesome, definitely coming back!

I have eaten outside there which was pleasant and the food and service were fine. Their bone broth is delicious and I always order it. I have gotten take out several times, and there the service plummets to one star or no stars. The first time they gave me someone else's order. I got all the way home with another person's sandwich with my name on it. It was too far away to go back and change it and they would have been closed by that time. After that I always check what they give me before I leave, and they give me dirty looks when I do that. I have often waited very long periods of time to get a simple order. Last time I told the cashier I would wait in a chair nearby inside (they took away the bench waiting area and replaced it with table seating) and to just call my name when the order came out. They never did. I finally asked what was taking so long and found It sitting there. She told me I must have gone to the bathroom which I didn't. Wouldn't a customer know that? So she never bothered to call my name, and then lied about it and tried to blame it on me. I am debating about whether to ever go back for take out because the staff isn't very bright or diligent. They just don't really care about decent service.

Enjoyed a great lunch here. I arrived on a Sunday around noon and after a 20 min wait I got a spot outside. Good portion size. Fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend to visit this place 😊
