Best ice cream in San Diego Friendly and welcoming employees
Had a medical emergency and needed to use the bathroom but they would not let me use it. Disgraceful.
I ordered a scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was freezer burnt. There was no sign that there were not bathrooms on the premises, when I asked to go I was informed the nearest was at the beach ~7 minute walk, uphill in the rain. They were nice enough to hold my ice cream in a freezer until I got back, so giving it two stars instead of one.
I LOVE their ice cream but man I did not see anything that the sugar free ice cream could cause a laxative effect (which I had after the sugar free salted caramel). Man it tasted good even still

Took the family in for some ice cream and it was amazing, they let you try samples and every flavor was top tier!! They also have a wide selection of baked goods made fresh daily, like the carrot cake which was to die for, perfect texture and flavor. I had to take some home, along with some of the most delicious banana pudding I have ever had!! We find any excuse to take the family out now, and every single time we go the customer service is top tier, they make you feel like family and that’s the cherry on top.

I do not recommend this place! I just paid $16.75 for a hot fudge brownie sundae. The brownie was stale, tasteless, and hard and there was no hot fudge on my hot fudge brownie sundae!
