The variety of flavors is amazing and the flavors are very very well developed the combs, and the waffles tasted fresh. The servings are quite apple given the price. The milkshakes were delicious. If you can save some space in your stomach for baked goods, they are delicious and unique I like that the carrot cake had no nuts.

Parking upfront will be difficult at times, but I’m sure you can find some spots around the corner.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Lots of outdoor sitting, so I’m sure if it’s cold it might be cool or they didn’t have some outdoor heaters when we came in November 2024.

there was a hair in my cupcake.. i also got the gingerbread cookie and slice of pumpkin pie and it just tasted like they bought it from vons or something very bland.

Cali cream catered dessert for our daughter’s wedding. The ice cream and cookies were delicious and the server was amazing! Our guests loved it and I am soooo glad we found them!!!!

This is what ice cream parlours should be like. They make their own ice cream, fresh on premises. Serving sizes are generous and the flavours are great! We had a double cup and a milkshake. It was all good but milkshakes are my favourite and this mint chocolate chip milkshake didn't disappoint. So glad we stopped here on our weekend getaway!

This place is like Handel’s except actually good. Creamy, fresh, apparently they use milk that is less than 7 days out of a cow. They also make it in house.

Ordered a sundae to be delivered at my hotel. Sundae was good, what I could eat of it. They did not send a spoon with order. How do you eat a sundae without a spoon?

A trip to Moonlight beach is not complete without having a dessert at this amazing ice cream place in Encinitas. We have tried a variety of flavors like coffee, chocolate, mint, strawberry, vanilla over their crispy waffle bowl with chocolate being the best flavor to mint being the least as it was pretty strong and tasted a bit artificial. Otherwise their ice creams taste fresh and creamy!

We brought my 101year old father-in-law to get ice cream today at the Encinitas shop. A young employee helped us and was polite and patient as my father-in-law tried to decide which flavor he wanted. After this young man gave us our ice cream… He said he noticed my father-in-law‘s hat and wanted to know if he had been in any wars. I told him that my father-in-law is a retired Navy Captain and served our country in three different wars. The young man promptly said, “well, then he deserves free ice cream!” I told my father-in-law what this young man did for him… It actually brought a few tears to his eyes. Don’t ever underestimate the kindness of our young people… There are many, many, many of them who are polite, respectful, and who have a deep love for others. We traveled from Virginia to spend time with family here and what a wonderful little memory for us!
