Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever at a restaurant. The manager was unwilling to help at all. Waitress only checked on us one time the entire meal.

The avocado rolls are actually decently sized which is pretty rare! For some reason typically they are so small🥲 but here they are an actual meal size

They are back to excellent customer service!! My husband and I had given up on their early door closing and snappy responses to special roll requests, but I just finished with a to go order and Jimena was so helpful and had me actually believe I wasn't bothering her by calling. When I picked up the order, both she and Lenore were smiling and receptive. I can't wait to go back in to sit down to a once distant enjoyable dining experience! I can now recommend visiting the Encinitas store 100% ❤️

Such a great experience every time at this location. I’m always impressed with how well-staffed they are, even during busy hours. We brought our baby boy with us, and at one point -while the place was packed- he tossed a chopstick on the floor and out of nowhere a smiling server was already there to help. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
And then there’s the fish—always fresh, flavorful, and consistently top-notch. This has become our local go-to spot because we know the quality is always going to be excellent, whether it’s sushi night with friends or a quick date night.
Highly recommend to anyone who values great service and even better sushi 🍣👌☺️

I’ve been to the one in Encinitas multiple times and its always a great vibe. The food is always great and fresh. If you go during lunch you cant go wrong with the lunch special bento box. The best food portion for your buck. The service is always on point, very quick to help and friendly. The atmosphere is always a great vibe they always have great music playing. Cant forget about the refreshing drinks Cheers!
