Our order got “lost” after waiting for over 30 minutes and the number got way past us. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes more to get the replacement. I thought when you lost an order, you are supposed to fulfill that immediately, not serve others that came later.
Service is awful. They leave half the orders on the table instead of calling out the numbers . I asked how much longer after waiting 32 mins for an order . They said five minutes and when the order finally came out the orders was wrong. Get it together guys today was not your day

Burger was good but why do you still have paper straws? Please get rid of them. Haven't been to an In-N-Out with paper straws and won't return to this one until you adhere to the paper straw ban.
