Burger was good but why do you still have paper straws? Please get rid of them. Haven't been to an In-N-Out with paper straws and won't return to this one until you adhere to the paper straw ban.

First of all I would like to state that I love in and out and have been going to this location since I was a kid . But today was my first bad experience. First of all my order was wrong which really wasn’t a big deal I didn’t really care. What really set me off was the lady giving me my food. She was talking to me in a very demeaning tone almost like I was a toddler. She immediately asks if I want ketchup and I say no but I want 2 extra sauce. I turned around to put my drinks away and she opened the sauce drawer and closed it without giving me any then pretended to give me sauce. Then as I was driving away I could hear her chuckling to her fellow employees. I had a really bad day today and all I wanted was some sauce with my fries. I can understand feeling frustrated during a rush but that doesn’t mean you have the right to mess with peoples orders. I don’t feel safe coming to this location anymore and will be taking my business to the Carlsbad location. The extra 5$ in gas will be worth it not to deal with these kids.

As much as I love getting a nice fresh juicy In-N-Out Burger, I feel like the quality has went down a little bit in the last Year. The fries have not been crispy like they used to be. The burgers are still good but just feels like they're missing a little love. Still enjoy going every once in a while though.

Its an In-N-Out...and food is what you would expect...only real negative is that the drive thru and parking lot is literally the worst of any In-N-Out I've ever been to.
