I had the utmost pleasure of being served by a young brunette girl by the name of Elsie. She had the sweetest, most polite demeanor I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The food was scrumptious and at a very fair price. I will be coming back to this bakery.

It pains me to write a negative review as I've eaten here before and had a normal experience in the past. But today I stopped in and had mold on my food, twice. I stopped in to grab a sandwich but was told the kitchen was closed at 2pm. However there were premade sandwiches in the cooler next to the counter. I grabbed a turkey croissant with a side of fruit, paid for it and sat down to eat. I immediately noticed mold growing on the fruit. I took it up to the counter and showed the lady working. Her first offer was to replace the moldy fruit only that was in the same container as my sandwich. I told her I didn't want the sandwich as it was in contact with the mold. She offered me to get something else in the store (they had only pastries and ham sandwiches left, I don't eat pork). I asked for a refund but she was unable to offer me one as the manager was out of town. After coming to a solution, I asked her to replace the ham croissant & fruit container that was left with turkey meat. She did and returned a different meal to me. I made the mistake of eating half the sandwich before inspecting the fruit in the 2nd container. It was different fruit so I assumed I was safe, the first one had strawberries and the second was more oranges and no strawberries. After eating half the sandwich, I went to eat the fruit. I then found mold again. At this point I was very upset, and threw it all in the trash and left with out bringing it up to the counter knowing there would be no immediate solutions. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in how this was handled and finding mold on my food twice is extremely unsafe.

As someone who has lived many places in the US, I can say that Isabelle’s croissant aux amandes is one that I have dreamed about many times, especially since moving from California. I can get a good croissant where I live now from several places, but no one has come close to her when it comes to my favorite pastry.

Pastry was good and would recommend. They had a nice assortment, but we got the Napoleon. But the coffee was so burnt- not at all what you would expect and would not recommend. It was bitter and could not drink much of it.

I don’t post often, and I do enjoy the pastries and ambiance of this little french bakery… However, I take a little concern with how the employees are treated. During warmer days, I start to sweat like a pig on a hot summer day when I sit inside- but i guess that’s usually fair for some of these small bakery types. Although I understand that air conditioning is expensive, these employees are running around in basically what feels like a sauna. They are sweating and look exhausted. I think it’s only fair to have some sort of cooling other than a small fan that simply blows hot air— ESPECIALLY during these hot summer days. Further, I overheard some owner or manager telling the young employees to avoid using the fan, which I can’t quite wrap my head around…

I thoroughly enjoyed my pastry. It was delightful. Buttery, flaked, lightly sweet. So yummy.

I came too early as the variety was a bit limited. So I can't really get a full fair assessment.

I am not writing a review on the brick and mortar location, I never went there. My review is for the crepes catering service. very convenient if you have a big gathering, they have a very practical way of taking orders and delivering individual crepes while people can still mingle together without having to wait standing up to receive their crepe .

Yikes!!! I had my birthday cake from this place and it was stale! We also had uncooked quiche the other time. Both the vegetarian and ham quiche were watery inside. Simply awful. When we told the owner that, she admitted itvwas the kitchen's fault. They took it out if the oven too quickly. Although she returned our money, she was rude about the whole thing. She had a sour attitude. She went on a rant about how she couldn't be at the cafe all the time and that she had given enough of her life to the business. She basically channelled all her unhappiness with life and spat venom at us for returning uncooked quiche. OMG. Never ever go to this place for anything. Stay away!!

Ordered a gluten free Monaco egg, cheese and ham crepe. It showed up with a wrap that was a shred of gluten-free bread that was completely soggy, and the whole thing was not edible. I tried to peel it off but couldn’t even eat it.
