Could not go thru drive thru. Went inside to order and he said that he was the only one there. Couldn't handle all the orders in drive thru. And then he got my order wrong. I did not receive my tacos but it was to late to go back. I should not have to double check my order.

Went early this morning from 10:25am-11:00am to get breakfast for my husband and his coworker, and we ordered 2 extreme sausage sandwiches (1 with bacon and one without) along with 1 meat lovers breakfast burrito.I was coming to an end of my food when I came across 4 shards of broken plastic! Something must've broken in the process of making my food, whilst the other sandwich was absolutely fine.I thought it was egg shell for some reason, but no--legitimately black plastic shards of something in my sandwich.

It's Jack in the box, hadn't ate at one in more than 10 years! I love this restaurant chain! As I write this simple review I only wish I was back in California to go get another Jack fix! Jack move to Florida, I need you here in Tampa!

Food quality doesn't justify the prices.Inflation has nothing to do with it. Fast food should be affordable.
Went to try the new snoop dog munchie meal, which includes curly fries, a taco, a brownie, air freshener, and the main course which was a fried chicken hot dog with bacon and ranch sauce. Which was amazing I would definitely go back to try it again!I'll give it to Jack in the box for this one they always know how to cater to the more enlightened audience.

Had to make a yelp account just for the review, service was awful left in drive thru for 15 minutes after he left in the middle of me ordering, finally after getting back he didn't confirm my order even after I asked just told me to pull up to the next window, when doing so I asked again to confirm the meat lovers breakfast burrito i ordered to which he finally confirmed, he didnt say my total but I assumed I would pay the 6$ with my Apple Pay, I paid for the food and didnt check until I just got home where this mf charged me 12$ for 3 sides of fries and a kids burger. will definitely not be coming back

Ordered at 1:40am, pick up for 1:50, didn't get there till 2:00am...go to the window, they say they're closed. Sheepishly tell them I have a mobile order, as I felt terrible that they had my order while closed. They gave me my order, despite the fact they were closed. As someone who works in a restaurant, I can nearly guarantee that most other places would have canceled the order & continued to close for the night. Thank you for taking my late order, and I'm sorry it was so late. Y'all are the best. :)

After a nice Mother's Day celebration at the beach in the afternoon, we all decided to head back to the house and later that evening wanted to watch a movie. Used the Jack's mobile app to order the 99 cent taco special. Then took advantage of my Jack points and got a free Jumbo Jack. What a deal! 4 tacos and a Jumbo Jack for $2.13. We love the employees at our neighborhood Jack in the Box. They are always nice and provide great service with a smile. Even during the lunch rush. So I just wanted to give a shout-out to the gang at JIB Encinitas. Keep up the good work!
