My favorite ice cream in all of San Diego county. Located in the lumberyard in downtown Encinitas. They use organic clover milk and fresh ingredients. My lavender ice cream was the best I’ve had. Definitely on the pricier side but absolutely worth it. I will be back!!!
Obsessed with this ice cream and I’m sad I don’t live closer to have it more often! The malted cookie dough in a waffle cone is the combination of my dreams. Perfect texture and flavor. Might come back to Encinitas from Utah each summer just to have this seasonal flavor!

The free mini chocolate chip cookie with every scoop is genius. I had the cayenne sea salt caramel and it was perfectly creamy. The staff was friendly. The best homemade ice cream and cookies in Encinitas!
