The owner, Stephanie, is actually from Versailles and has put her heart and soul into bringing a taste of Versailles to Encinitas. Everything is fresh, delicious, and a culinary delight for the eyes. The bakery case alone is worth a quick trip, if you’re short on time. The croissants - the layers of buttery, flaky perfection are irresistible!
Cute little cafe with beautiful decor and indoor and outdoor patio seating. Went there with a good old neighbor of mine. We did enjoy the vibe and the ambiance. The waitress was attentive and suggested some menu items which turned out to be great I loved cold potato soup with links which felt really refreshing and light on the hot summer day we were having. The salad was fresh and tasty and the bread with goat cheese oh so fresh. The desert isn’t only good but absolutely beautifully...
Once again this place remains consistent in quality and presentation. Even something as simple as a ham ,butter, and pickle sandwich is crafted with premium ingredients.
