I typically refrain from leaving reviews or complaining about minor issues, but our experience at this establishment was fraught with significant problems. We dined here with our two children on a Thursday evening at around 5 PM. Despite a slow crowd and few patrons, our experience was subpar.

We ordered on line and arrived at the appointed time to pick up our food. They told us it was going to be 10 minutes. After waiting for ten minutes we had to ask if our food is ready just to be notified they just received our order. Didn't even have the decency to tell us that? Not cool
