On a Friday night at 6pm they couldn’t take orders. I waited in line for 8+ minutes only to be told that there would be a 30+ minute wait for food because they couldn’t handle a catering order because they only had two people. Meanwhile I was about to pay them $31 for a lobster roll that would cost $22 in New England at that size. Give me a break.
Lobster West served up fresh seafood with great flavor. We tried the lobster, crab, and shrimp roll sampler—each was fresh, and the rolls were perfectly toasted and buttered. A solid spot for well-executed seafood rolls, worth a visit for quality shellfish.
Every time I’m in town, this is my must-stop spot
Their lobster rolls perfectly buttered, generously filled with meat and melts in the mouth
Damn I’m so hungry right now
Deliciously accomodating as usual and worth the drive from Los Angeles.
This spot is amazing. Huge shout to Omid for his excellent customer service and incredible professionalism. He gave us delicious recommendations and made sure that everything came out perfect. The lobster 🦞 Epic was exactly what it says… Epic. Thank you Omid for dialing us in. Our family loved and we loved you. We’ll be back based on your service alone. Great food, great times. Lobster West is the best. 💯⭐️💎👌
I understand lobster is expensive but $24 for a 4 inch lobster roll?? Definitely over priced.
Food is good - we had lobster, shrimp, and crab rolls as well as the New England Clam Chowder. I would definitely return based on that. It's surprisingly expensive ($90 for a basic lunch for three). Service is ok. I don't expect top notch but it could have been better. The signs to bus your own table are off putting. $90 for lunch and clean up after yourself? Especially when I wouldn't say the place itself is super clean.
The tall young male staff was distant and not friendly at all. 0 interactions with customers besides handing them the food. Interestingly he was quite friendly and interactive with his female worker instead. The lobster bisque tasted like alcohol and it was dumped after 2 sips.
Was excited to try the lobster rolls here, but unfortunately, they were a major letdown. First off, we paid a lot for very small rolls that left us confused and a little horrified. The meat on its own was tender with nice flavor, but the bread had an overwhelmingly bitter taste that literally gave me shivers (not in a good way), and I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right. No staff around to check in or help, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. my husband (bless him) suggested maybe it was just a “cleaner” taste from the grill… and now that unsettling theory is stuck in my head. Not the experience we were hoping for.
Very friendly. Took the time to help us with the menu. Clean. Quick. Delicious!

Delicious food! And easy to park and eat. Only lower part may be the beans but the reason I went was for the rolls and they were incredible and so was the clam chowder
Amazing food. The lobster is phenomenal, the bread was perfectly crunchy and buttery. The bisque was very tasty. Service was friendly. Smaller place, bus your own table but all worth it for amazing lobster rolls!
Excellent clam chowder and crab roll! Be sure to get the “Boss” roll with extra crab!
Absolutely amazing. Best lobster place, around. The plates are small but very filling. This is my grandma's favorite place, as well. I highly recommend to anyone, who loves lobster. Also, get the sauce. It's worth it.
Classic sized lobster roll was enough for me. The girl waiting tables and seating folks was awesome and super helpful.
