We eat here a lot and our orders are usually accurate when received. Employees have a little bit of an attitude. With that said, I would probably have a bit of an attitude if I had to deal with they deal with daily, as well. Overall, they do pretty well!

I don't know how the food is because I've walked out the last two times That I was there. They have convinced their help that any walk ins should be ignored. Ray Croc the original owner would be ashamed of the CEO. I would love to know how many are walking out because they aren't getting waited on.

Overpriced cruddy food. And they keep making us use a kiosk when I am legally blind. They're not as good as they were a few years ago. Also, too many aggressive homeless people bothering customers.

Food here is almost always cold and if you buy a cone it's like $4 and they have the audacity to give teeny tiny portions... not even worth coming here when the portions are so small and the prices so high. I'll go to In-N-Out.

If you plan on eating here or ordering here they have the worst service here i was ordering everything went well until I got to the window to pay the guy had the worst attitude. Closed his window at me only because I was going to use my point this is ridiculously unacceptable if you are not happy where you work why do the customers have to pay for it or if you are having a bad day leave your bs at home as a customer I don't appreciate that.

Last 3 times I've gone to ANY Mc Donald's the food is over fried. The fries and nuggets are horrible and the drivethru attendants speak poor english which makes it really difficult to order, communication is the key to customer service.
The second terrible visit to the sanatorium in my life! The main manager was rude! In a very rude way, he demanded to pay for one extra sauce, please, I don't mind some 35 cents, but the way he communicates is very rude! It was also dirty in the restaurant and the staff speaks Spanish, I don't mind that, but it was uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that I won't come here anymore!

First time I went I got the flu from the play structure. Second time I went order was all messed up, and the breading was torn off of one of my nuggets. Also really bad service. Will not go to this location again, but love McDonald’s.

I visited McDonald's this afternoon and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life, this guy was the rudest person I've ever met. He made me wait for over an hour to try to resolve an order I made online and he never resolved anything. He didn't even want to show his face and the worst thing was that I never received the food, even though I had proof of the order and what I paid.
