For some unclear reason, this location forgets the sauce, for any given saucy sandwich, 9 out of 10 times for online pickup orders. We eat here once a week and have to check in-store before we leave to make sure it’s there- and it usually isn’t. I love their chicken parm dip, but it’s a 1-star sandwich without the DIP.

I love this place. The creativity of their sandwiches and salads is amazing. It’s hard to be authentic making salads and sandwiches but this wonderful restaurant does just that. I have tried every salad and my wife is fixated on the chicken sandwich. We have become a once a week customer. Shout out to all the people that make this happen.

I give this place a - 10 star they serve molded food like tenders,and spoiled tofu,expired peperoni, and they have an employee that drules in the food on the line disgusted they should be shut down

First time at this location on my way home from work, and for sure will be the last time. They set the online orders on the shelf and people just grab their orders. First they hadn't printed my order yet and when I told them they said we will start working on it which was fine. But when the order is ready the girl didn't hand it to me and asked can I see the email first!!!! My name is on the order which I gave them, shows I have paid for my food and you keep my food hostage to see the email? Why just my order? Very disrespectful and rude like I wanna snatch someone else's food and run. Order is paid fully and I gave my name what else is left??for sure will never go back to this location. Two stars go to the food and cool ambiance.

First time to this restaurant today... Ordered the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada.
The salad has numerous ingredients, most of which are very tasty and fresh.
However, one or more of the ingredients had the taste and consistency of SAND. By SAND, I am referring to the stuff one finds on a beach.
I recommend the restaurant cook/soak/soften the "hard" ingredients such that one does not experience dental issues.

Turkey avocado sandwich super average not fairly priced.Wife had Turkey verde and was not good. Bread is not tasty and for $18 after taxes both should be better. Wheat bread was not good and gluten free bread was Bad. Come on Mendocino who are your taste testers ? Veggies were okay. Would not go back. $52 for 3 sandwiches to go was the price with $5 tip. That’s too expensive
