I love Moto Deli! The sandwiches are excellent! My favorite is the Brisket sandwich, which they BBQ on the premises and the Cubano! Also, don't leave without having one of the peanut butter cup cookies! The patio always has a lot of bikers stopping by for a bite and is dog friendly! If you are on the coast stop by you won't be disappointed!Bobby D.

Good vibe. The sandwiches are tasty and the location is connected to a bike shop and little coffee shop. There are a few booths inside and plenty of seating outside. The staff was friendly and very efficient.

The brisket is great but they put way too much sauce on their sandwiches. The bread was soggy and the sandwich was messy. Atmosphere is nice.

Whenever I am in San Diego I always like to stop at Moto Deli on the way home. They have good healthy sandwiches with nuanced ingredients. My go to is the Turketta. Servers are cool and on a sunny day you can sit outside and people watch as there is a Nike store and coffee house in the same complex- it brings in an interesting mix of people.

We were very happy with the selections with both traditional sandwiches and vegetarian options. I had the caprese sandwich and added pesto. Ordered a bag of the potato chips and a pickle. All were fabulous! The bread for the sandwich was incredible. Loved the fact that it was a reasonable size sandwich and didn’t leave me feeling like I had way too much. Also tried the macaroni salad and it was pretty good. Definitely will be returning!Vegetarian options: Had several salad options plus the Caprese sandwich was a great choice for me. I will be back to explore other options (or maybe not) ;-)Parking: Nice side lot off street plus a few on the street

I had such high hopes for this place and was so disappointed. If you have celiac do not go here!!! I can go almost anywhere and find something I can eat I do not expect businesses to cater to my allergies. With that said I won't ever go here again.When we went to order I asked if I could have the sandwich without the bread all the fixings were fine. I was told the chef doesn't do exceptions so I explained I'm not modifying his food I just can't have the bread I have celiac. She said it doesn't matter the chef doesn't like to modify but she would ask and I could tell she was so worried about asking. REALLY that is crazy So she came back out and said he would do it, like he's doing me a favor?? I should have known at that point to leave. We didn't. So we ordered two sandwich's and a side salad with two drinks. It's one person up front so the drinks took awhile...We were waiting and waiting for food.. People came in after us and got their food before us. I thought maybe they had called it in but it got to be ridiculous so I went in and asked, I was told if the buzzer we gave you isn't vibrating it isn't ready. OK then...Finally our food is ready and it was a joke. My husbands sandwich was packed with meat.. I was given a little bit of meat in a container with a tiny bit of onions and fixings in another container. It was PATHETIC! All because I asked for no bread. The kale salad was the best thing. My hobbies sandwich he said was pretty good as well. I won't ever go back. There are so many other options where they understand CELIAC isn't a choice and to punish me for having it by giving me a 3rd of the portion when I paid the same price is ridiculous. You can see the container my food was in and the size of it, in a photo I posted. Seriously worse experience.
