Pannikin has delicious food and drinks! The servers are efficient and friendly! They are a little short handed during the holidays so expect a short wait.

Decent lattes. Was looking forward to the lemon poppyseed loaf but it’s literally inedible. Rancid and fishy smell. Pretty shocked and surprised considering the price and great reviews this place gets.

Always a great time stopping by the Pannikin! My favorite coffee shop in all of SD. Although I do not live locally like I once did growing up I stop here every single time I’m in town! Great coffee and amazing pastries.

Nice atmosphere, cheery yellow paint everywhere and a cute gift shop. Horrible parking situation though, prepare to drive around for a bit, even on a weekday. Good pastries, but the coffee is expensive. Paid nearly $30 for 3 items, an almond croissant, a flavored latte, and a breakfast bagel. May be reasonable to some but I wouldn't recommend it as budget friendly or a good deal. Have come here multiple times and have never been impressed with the service either.

This coffee shop has turned around forever, but this is my first time visiting, and I will tell you my thoughts.
1. Really cute location, plenty of seating and warm and cozy atmosphere
2. Coffee was good
3. Pastry was disappointing. I ordered the almond croissant and was told it had almond paste in it. It was very dry and not much taste.
overall, it’s very cute location. Coffee is decent. I can’t say much about the food other than the croissant that I ordered which I was not pleased and threw most of it away.

A pretty good brunch place. Good selection of food and friendly service. Only thing is their plates are tiny and a pain in the butt to eat on.

I’ve gone here before and loved the pastries however I ordered food again and I was coming from out of state to visit again. My food was thrown away. I talked to the staff and was promised my food would be saved unfortunately it was thrown out I asked for it to be fixed or refunded and was told to deal with it myself.

My family had a rental in the neighborhood for a week this fall and we would stop in every afternoon for a coffee and treat. The service was fast, the drinks/treats were good, and the vibe was excellent.

I give it a four on atmosphere because, though yes the former building was a train station and is quite old, it’s time for some refurbishment and attention to dirt & grime.
