I wasn't as impressed with this place as I thought I would be, but it was still very good. At the recommendation of the waitress, I got the spicy noodles with "duck." Their food does run pretty spicy. I myself love spicy food and have a higher spice tolerance than most Americans. Their spice scale is 1-5, and 2 was good for me. I probably wouldn't have been able to enjoy the meal as much at 3. The plate was super big. I wish I could have ordered a half portion. It was yummy, but I ended up wishing I had ordered something fresher and less oily.

Come here everytime I come home from school, they have the best everything here and the service is exceptional. There is no cons about this place it’s awesome! The fried rice is the best!

Wonderfully tasty meal for 2. We ordered a sample tasting plate and a small zen soup followed by a cashew nut sautéed plate with vegetarian duck. Washed down with a Singha beer. Perfect. $70 including tip and tax. Not cheap but worth it.

Food was just ok. The waiter was rude and confrontational about the tips

Had a pretty tasty meal at Plumeria. We got the crispy spring rolls and papaya salad, as well as the ginger stir fry dish with tofu and the mild yellow curry. Hugh portion sizes, lots of leftovers! The food was quite good. The waitress suggested to stay away from the curries if you don’t handle spice well, which I think was the right call! Although, I did try the mild curry dish and it was reasonably mild and quite tasty. Only complaint is that my boyfriend and I didn’t feel great after eating there, so probably not the “cleanest” vegan/vegetation meal out there (no fault of the restaurant as they don’t advertise it as such). I have a pretty sensitive stomach, anyways. Would recommend to people looking for a vegan or veggie meal, but maybe not those looking to eat a super clean diet or with IBS 😁

Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian/vegan options, although not necessarily the healthiest/cleanest of vegan/vegetation meals.

We went to Plumeria for a New Year’s dinner while on a Legoland trip with extended family. We didn’t realize how popular it was and that we should’ve made a reservation! But we were early, and they were so kind and accommodating. 4 adults, 3 kids, and we had an amazing feast. Seriously, there was not a single item that was not outstanding! It was all the familiar Thai flavors but dialed up to just a whole other level. Months later, we still talk about it, and it’s the standard against which the kids measure all other Thai restaurants.

It's ok.

Vegetarian options: Very very poor wine selection and what they have is low quality.

Location is right in the heart of downtown Encinitas. Friendly staff work here. Casual and simple dining indoors or outdoor seating. I went with the pumpkin curry with steamed tofu and brown rice that came shaped like a heart. Ample portions. It came medium heat by default and had a good amount of heat yet not overbearing. I added a touch of the made in house chili oil yet proceed with caution as a little goes a long way since this packs some serious heat. Flavorful curry with plenty of veggies. I really enjoyed my meal here and recommend coming here!

Great little vegetarian place in the heart of Encinitas. You're kind of dining on the street (blocked off of course) but you're next to Roxy's and other places so it's all good. Decent food - nothing OMG. Fried tofu was a bit chewy but it's hard to make good tofu. It's all about Encinitas here.

Wow!! Incredible food and fantastic service. We had the tuna flower cups, eggplant with mock duck, pumpkin curry with steamed tofu, and mango sticky rice. Absolutely delicious! My husband is not vegan or vegetarian but said this was the best Thai food he has ever had and we eat at Thai restaurants all the time. We will definitely be going back!
