I just met the worst person I've ever met. She didn't give a sh't about me or my order.. she didn't listen when I said "to go" and was an a$$hol3 when I asked her to make it to go. She gave me a hard time about getting a California burrito with adobada instead of carne asada. Then, all of a sudden, she was ok with it. Then, when I asked for a bit more green sauce.. she didn't listen when I asked for only green and then told me no when I asked for 2 more. Then she said she'd charge me for 2 more green sauces. I told ger green only, and she put two reds in that i didn't even want. I've been going here for decades. Never again. Stupid service. Terrible food. Dry meat and small portions. Garbage.

I guess you can call it bad communication. I asked for rice, bean and chicken burrito and the lady asked me what type of chicken after I told her what type of chicken I wanted , she rang me up for a chicken burrito. As I was eating it, I noticed it did that have any beans, cheese or rice-just chicken.When I asked why all chicken, she said that that’s what I had asked for and that none of the burritos come with rice, beans or cheese unless you ask and pay extra! Huh- thought that was my beginning sentence! She said I should have read their menu. Booo!

I do not recommend this spot at all.Very poor customer service from the cashier and the chef. The food was not good either. Taco soggy and fellen into uncooked enchilada. Chicken Enchilada has no chicken. They won’t give you salsa if you ask. With all the good choices around here there would be no reason to ever come here.

I remember the good old days of going to a Roberto's and having a decent meal. Really miss those days.We went there yesterday after noon really hungry and really in the mood for some Mexican food.I asked the young counter girl if I could order a breakfast burrito and she stared at me as though I was speaking a foreign language. Clearly, that was exactly the case. After posing the question several more times her more senior co-worker entered the picture and said "NO." Assuming they stopped serving breakfast items after a certain hour I then asked if it was too late to order breakfast (there was no signage on the menu board indicating such limitations). Again, one word. "NO," this time with a sort of disdain in her voice.This was weird, kind of like the feeling you get when you go through customs in a foreign country and aren't quite sure what protocol is or what to do or say next.My wife then broke the mounting tension and said she'd like a fish burrito. At this point, I thought I'd go with the flow and ordered the same item. The young non English speaking employee had no idea how to make the transaction and deferred to Ms. NO. We paid our $23, sat down and waited for our burritos and bottled waters.At first bite, we were disappointed. The food was exceedingly salty. Unreasonably so. But, we were so hungry that we ate quite a bit of them. We sipped water with virtually every bite. Then, it dawned on us that we never should have consumed the bottled waters. They were plastic bottles of the "cap flip" variety. But they were not sealed. One little tip of the cap and they opened. I had downed my entire bottle before realizing that I might be drinking impure water; upon mentioning this to my wife she threw hers away.Coincidentally or otherwise I've suffered one of my worst headaches in years after consuming this sodium laden food and drinking their water.I will never return and hope others don't have similar experiences. In a word: NO..!!!

They don't clean their shrimp. I added a picture so you can see for yourself. The black line down the shrimp's back is feces. Completely unacceptable. I ate a surf n turf burrito and didn't notice the line until the last shrimp. I'm disgusted and hope I don't get hepatitis.

Food is great and prices are so reasonable, but the woman at the cash register is always in such a terrible mood! It is so off-putting and it always feels like an inconvenience to ask any questions or order food...It's honestly a deterrent sometimes if I don't feel like dealing with her attitude. Such a shame...

It's a little lame when I leave a tip, and then ask for an extra salsa and they tell me it's going to be extra.I should have taken my tip back and paid for the salsa with it.
