I enjoyed this restaurant. I came in around brunch time. I Was able to enjoy both pancakes and an acai bowl. The brewed coffee was tasty and they had stevia. My server and other staff were friendly and helpful.

How QUAINT!!! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, great value, and as the cherry on top, an extremely delightful hostess. We visited on a weekday, so Mia was running a one-woman show, and managed the bistro like a pro. As busy as she stayed, she was perky and personable with us, and left us with an experience worth returning for. I will definitely be back - and will call ahead of time to make sure I get to see Mia!!!

One of the best breakfast and lunch spots in Encinitas! They have great paninis, quiche and pancakes! I would recommend going on a nice day and enjoying the beautiful patio seating as well.

Breakfast was almost very good! Rosemary Potatoes were so good as well as the bacon. Coffee was great at first serving, then it tastes diluted after on the refills. It's not consistent ?

Had the worst meal I’ve ever had. I ordered eggs Benedict. The first plate came to the table cold. The second one the potatoes were not cooked. My guest ordered quiche which was burnt and the blue cheese salad dressing tasted like nothing I’ve ever had, which the waiter told me comes in a big container!!!. When I complained I was told they had lost there cook last week and the new staff hadn’t got it right yet. Because my guest had been embarrassed to say it wasn’t good she chewed through the burnt quiche but left half. I ate my eggs Benedict as the second one was good but obviously couldn’t eat the potatoes. I did eat the fruit. When I complained I was offered a pastry!!!! When I suggested I should have some kind of discount I was told we ate some of it so it couldn’t have been so bad. They gave me a bill for $32!!!!!! I have been coming to St. Tropez for 15 years. I will never come back. I understand times are hard but customers shouldn’t be paying for cooks to practice. I refused to pay the full bill.

I hate to give such a low rating but it the food took such a long time to get and it was cold. I think we waited 30 minutes for a sandwich after we ordered and before they went to check to see what was going on with the order. Then another 15 before we got our order. The wait staff nice and refilled our drinks during the whole time so it was not like they forgot about us but rather the kitchen missed it. Once we did get it the food which was supposed to be hot was cold. I was told the place is usually better than this. So I will not rule it out yet.

Food was great but small amount, potatoes wedges were literally 4 or 5 total. Host who sat us were friendly and but also appeared to be the waitresses. Hence to take our order, bring our food, drinks, boxes and check took long enough for us to shop at stores near by come back and still wait. Inside dining closed.

A great, European style cafe in Encinitas! Food was good and coffee is spot on. Friendly servers and the outdoor seating is plenty.

Really great soups, loved the Quiche, rosemary potatoes. Best cafe mocha I’ve ever had.
