New store manager thinks she’s a drill Sargent. Store constantly closed early due to staffing issues as she can’t keep employees. She’s very rude and difficult to work for that’s why most of the old employees are gone and the regular customers are going elsewhere.

Arrive at 20 minutes before closing. All the chairs were upside down on the tables and the place was pretty dark. I thought they were closed.

There is no cream or sugar available for customers. You have to ask for it. My first time here I didn’t realize. Took me 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee w cream and sugar. They were very busy, and getting someone’s attention (they all seem frantic with their headsets on) was a problem. If you just want coffee, go elsewhere… but most people know that.Overall place is clean and staff is nice. So 3 stars.

Sometimes only the drive through is open (store closed and no pre-order), and during those times, they won’t serve you unless you are in a vehicle.

Always friendly. Baristas make excellent drinks. Only problem is they close unexpectedly for unknown reasons which is harmful to us addicts!
