Woman working counter Wednesday morning seemed irritated with me from the moment i said hi all the way through my order til i thanked her for my drink. I just suck as a human. Seems like most of my reviews are of people acting annoyed by my presence when im paying them for goods or services. It is what it is.

I have been coming to this Starbucks location for years. There are other coffee establishments to choose from in the area but they don’t compare.
The manager Kayla and her staff are always welcoming and know your name along with my drink and food preferences.
Even during the morning rush they keep their composure and get the orders out fast! I have owned my own business and understand the challenges faced with keeping good employees, maintaining standards and delivering on your promise. I would have to say they get an A+ for their well trained staff, store cleanliness and quality of the menu items.

This is the 3rd time I come to this Starbucks your employee by the name Carter has been a complete jerk the first time thought he was having a bad day second time he was very rude and today I ordered 2 drinks he made a mistake and told him that I had ordered a large not small and I gave it back and slams it in the trash with an attitude and then changed me which I understand but his attitude is horrible. This giuy by the name CARTER is bitter!! Will avoid this location!!!!

Horrible service. They don't care about doordash orders when asked about the situation of the order they laughed and said wait while many other order were preparing and serving! Trash place to go!

Lovely Starbucks. Clean and cozy. My only problem is that don’t have outlets for charging. That was very important for me when I stopped there.

Great coffee, great service. Bought a gift card on Christmas Eve for our grandson. Barista was cool, calm, and efficient… and very nice. Beautiful smile. Store windows and interior decor were a bit stark. Only one sign in window, hand written. See pic.

Ordered large match and after the foam dissipated, I had only 2/3rds worth of match drink. That's what I paid and tipped for.

One star for the worst customer service ever. Went in yesterday afternoon 9/8/24 around1230ish to order a cool drink on a hot day. No one was in line, so the place wasn't even busy. We felt like we were disturbing the cashier for being there. I do not ever want to go to this Starbucks again. I will go to the one across the street next time. But coming from someone who worked a lot of CS jobs, wow just not acceptable to make a patron feel so unwelcome.

They closed shut down the main front door to avoid walking traffic and send them to drive thru.
What a pathetic team with lack of service that prefer to accommodate themselves rather than actually do what they get paid for, work.

I’m pretty sure when they apply to the barista job it was not a “drive thru barista only” position.

Placed an order for coffee at the counter. Was told that it would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still not ready. The girl went on brake and her colleagues didn’t even brew it. Second time happening to me at this location.Never had issues in other stores. Got my simplest Pike drink 30 mins after placing the order.Never coming here again!
