Lovely Starbucks. Clean and cozy. My only problem is that don’t have outlets for charging. That was very important for me when I stopped there.

Great coffee, great service. Bought a gift card on Christmas Eve for our grandson. Barista was cool, calm, and efficient… and very nice. Beautiful smile. Store windows and interior decor were a bit stark. Only one sign in window, hand written. See pic.

One star for the worst customer service ever. Went in yesterday afternoon 9/8/24 around1230ish to order a cool drink on a hot day. No one was in line, so the place wasn't even busy. We felt like we were disturbing the cashier for being there. I do not ever want to go to this Starbucks again. I will go to the one across the street next time. But coming from someone who worked a lot of CS jobs, wow just not acceptable to make a patron feel so unwelcome.

They closed shut down the main front door to avoid walking traffic and send them to drive thru.
What a pathetic team with lack of service that prefer to accommodate themselves rather than actually do what they get paid for, work.

I’m pretty sure when they apply to the barista job it was not a “drive thru barista only” position.

Placed an order for coffee at the counter. Was told that it would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still not ready. The girl went on brake and her colleagues didn’t even brew it. Second time happening to me at this location.Never had issues in other stores. Got my simplest Pike drink 30 mins after placing the order.Never coming here again!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks in area. I went in drive through at 5am tipped them and as leaving sipped coffee realized was not my order. I pulled into parking to go into store but was locked as the sign said opens 4:30. As I tapped on window three employees literally ignored me. I threw my coffee in anger and left. I WILL NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS AGAIN. File that as to why your company is failing.

The service was god awful. Not just any employee, but the shift supervisor stood there, and did not acknowledge us for seven minutes. Finally when she did every task but acknowledge us, she finally came to take our order and at that point we left. Can they hire real shift supervisors? Can they actually get people that are can do their job. it’s a joke that she’s in charge.
