Camping at San Elijo for years I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location. Today I brought my kid in who was thirsty for water. I brought my own cup to fill for the walk back to the campsite. They denied us a fill of water in our own cup because we had not made a purchase today. I’m not sure if this is a new Starbucks policy or not. If it’s particular to this location I’ll pass on this place from now on.

Team members don't care about customer service. After I ordered $12 in coffee and food, the little guy said I couldn't get a cup of water unless I ordered more items. He said free water is only available in the same order with other items. I'll avoid this location.

This Starbucks is conveniently located near the rail trail where we walk our pup at minimum once a week. I get it’s a busy location because of how conveniently located it is, I also understand that at times they are very busy, or that they may be short staffed, or that they may be training someone new. What I can not understand is how the baristas at this location are DOWN RIGHT RUDE! There are two primary functions of your job, make coffee and provide customer service. At this point your failing at both! What has put me over the edge for which I vow never to order from this location again (I rather get back in my car and go to the Leucadia / I-5 location) is the rude baritas. Ignoring your customers, acting as if your too busy to pause a sec, or simply pretending you did not hear me will not change the fact I need something from you. When I finally get your attention you are rude and treat your customers as if we are inconveniencing you. This location has stopped embodying what one has come to expect from Starbucks!!!!

Wow. Disappointed is an understatement. This morning, I ordered my summer skies drink as usual and noticed the color to be an off green-blue color with an unsettling taste. I have gotten this drink multiple times after it was released and it has never tasted like this. As a normal person would do, I complained to the workers about the noticed color and taste. She says “It’s the summer skies, it has coconut milk?”. I was very disappointed with the lack of help and poor customer service provided by this location and will not be returning.

Not sure why it closed at 2! But it was a good Starbucks to work from. Drove from Mira Mesa to work with an old boss here and the wifi was good with outlets. But just closed

The big appeal to me with any Starbucks isn't the coffee (its rates a B in my opinion), its the availability of its locations, service, and atmosphere. This location is no exception. Clean and well maintained this has to be one of their best locations. It is near the beach, shopping, and best of all lodging. Like I said the coffee is good, their are other options such as tea and the normal sugar drinks that are so popular.I recommend this location just for that.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a cold brew because the male barista thought it was a great idea to flirt with all the female costumers while making their drinks. Ended up leaving without my coffee because I didn’t think a simple Starbucks run would take 45 mins total. Wish I could give zero stars.
