Shout outs to the Subman. This place is everything I want a sandwich shop to be. No frills, no pretension, plenty of high quality meats, delicious soft bread and courteous service. I was smiling ear to ear the whole time. Long live the Subman!

I had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. While I was placing my order, the man behind the counter, wearing his hat backwards, repeatedly interrupted me and spoke rudely. He asked for confirmation multiple times (more than twice) in an unnecessary way, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. On top of that, my specific request was not acknowledged at all.
Good food isn’t enough when the service makes customers feel uncomfortable or unheard. I won’t be returning unless there’s a clear improvement in how customers are treated.

Went today and was very excited to try their meatball sub. I was pleasantly surprised by their prices. I paid and tipped and after a longish wait, my sub finally came. Unfortunately there was a hair in my food. Not a small one either, a very long black hair that i discovered after my first bite. My friends at the table were stunned along with me. I politely let them know that a long hair was in my food and I showed them. They offered a refund which i appreciated. The man who seemed to be the owner begrudgingly gave me the refund saying to his team “we don’t give refunds” so I appreciated them making it right. I offer to give the sub back but they said don’t worry. Another team member eventually came to my table to take the sub away from me, but I didn’t see a problem with that. I said “accidents happen” and went to a different restaurant. I met with buddies who were still sitting there after I left and they told me I was accused of putting the hair there myself. They didn’t even talk amongst themselves, a team member actually went up to my friends and told them this. I went back in to the shop upset and I walk in to see the owner still holding the hair ready to accuse me. I would have never written them review, even with how disgusting it was to have an almost 20in strand of hair in my food. But because of how disrespectful and accusatory the staff and owner were I can’t hold my tongue. PS. the sub was gross and they use Smart and Final Meatballs.

I have heard that this Subman sandwiches were good. But I went to eat last Saturday and it was not what I was expecting. I think the Cali Subway is better than this sandwich that I ate! :/

Thought we would try this sub shop in lieu of the one down the street that we normally go to. Boy were we surprised. The people here were very friendly. The subs were larger and tasted equal to or better than the other one. Also we saved at least $3 on each sub. We will certainly be returning for more. Excellent experience.
Simple, no frills sandwich shop with about 3 dozen sandwich choices. But don’t be intimidated by the choices, it’s basically the same 7 or 8 ingredients. Fresh bread would be the upgrade I’d recommend here.

Can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this place! Popped in today to check it out and I must say , “holy cow” ! It wouldn’t be out of character rating my sandwich a 10/10 🔥 I got something simple and it was amazing ! Left full and happy .. Will be back A++++
