Short Hispanic lady She was in a bad mood not polite at all. I don’t leave usually bad reviews but I noticed that I am not the only one the feels the same. I understand I can be tough at work but if you don’t like your job at least try to keep a positive attitude towards clients. Not feeling welcome to this place.

This Subway was very dirty. Dirtiest I have been in ever. Service was rude. I won’t come to this location again. I visited 26 May 25 at 2:30pm. I suspect the single employee here was working alone and was disgruntled. A short Hispanic lady. She was not friendly at all and was on her phone talking while making the subs.

I was getting food from here and there was a homeless guy who asked for a water cup and got Coke Zero with his water cup. The employee then stopped making my food and immediately went to go harass the guy. By the time she was done, she came back to my food to prep it and it was cold just waiting. Why are your employees harassing ppl for 25 cents?! Just a simple small cup during the heat and you rather screw my sandwich. Unacceptable really

Probably the worst service ever because a short mexican lady pretty much harassed customers and guilt tripped for adding extra vegetables to the sandwich. Cleanliness could be improved as well. They have to change management if the corporate has any respect for this location.

Terrible value for money. $15 for a sandwich with literally 2 thin slices of turkey and veggies that looked days old. And that was just for the sandwich, no drink or chips. Will never come back to this location.
The lady that was here had the worst attitude and costumer service my sandwich called for a different cheese and they didn’t have it , she didn’t bother to tell me and she chose the cheese for me which is not ok

I recently visited this Subway location and was disappointed with the customer service. We were supposed to eat for dine in, but the employee who served us was not very kind or cooperative, and seemed quite grumpy throughout the interaction. It felt like they were uninterested in helping and the overall service was below the standard I expect from Subway. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better service in the future.

This location is bad for several reasons. 1) the sandwich maker only wears one glove 2) they NEVER have fresh veggies. I have been there 5 days in a row and they were the same tired looking veggies, 3) they haven't had pretzels for a week now.Subway is a great place to eat, just not this place. They should be closed if they can't live up to Subways high standards.

Bought a sandwich here last week and it made me sick for 3 days. I gave the same guy that served me that sandwich a second try last night and it was the worst experience ever.Guys on his phone while making sandwiches, touching it with his gloves on that he is still making sandwiches with, the person on the other end of his video chat was heckling the interaction, he speaks terrible English and is just straight up rude. And it gets worse from there.Told him about the sandwich that made me sick and they refused to accept responsibility even though it was very apparent they weren't rotating their tuna and getting sick as I did, is a clear reaction to spoiled fish.He yelled at me threatened to callbthe cops, put his fingers in my face and recorded me numerous times when I asked him not to.Finally got the manager on the line and he said this attendant i was dealing with was crying when he called him to ask him what happened. I never saw him crying, I saw him repeatedly disrespect a customer and then act like he was within his rights to be so inappropriate. The manager refused to comp the sandwich so I called corporate.Save yourself the grief and possibly several days of throwing up both ends and don't eat here.It's dirty.Most of the employees barely understand english.The manager is ridiculous cheap.None if them know a lick about customer service at all.And being completely serious here, they dont stand behind the goods and services they provide with any notable effort.Dont buy food here, there's a chance you'll get sick and they deny deny deny.
