We bought food and ate outside the store. I went back inside to use the restroom. Gody said the restroom wasn't working. I told him that I was a customer and there was no sign of a non working restroom. I insisted on using the restroom and he relented. Restroom was working fine. Will not patronize this Subway again.

Short Hispanic lady was very rude, stated at 7:57pm she was closed so we could not eat there, we still sat down. Didn’t make sense since doors were still open? She refused the restroom to a gentleman stating it was out of order as well. This was crazyy especially for it being in a nicer area.

Maria's customer service was terrible and it's not the first time I've had terrible customer service( not even sure if that’s her real name I’ve seen other reviews as she is claiming that her name is Stacy) As someone that works in the same plaza and comes at least 2 a week Ive had enough won't be coming back to this subway at all. Then they always have the audacity to say that they are limited on veggies on May I add I got a sandwich at 9 AM.

Charges me almost $20 for a 12” of the sandwich of the day because I asked for regular chicken. Then say it’s extra on top of paying full price for a sandwich that is supposed to be $10. Asked for my money back and the response is that I have to cancel it with my credit card company. No wonder you have a 2.3 star rating. Good luck staying in business.

Webpage; search on web and store glass confirm this is a lie. As she is working, she is being identified. Terrible experience. Terrible employee. You should check cameras and fire her.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! This is the worst Subway place I have been too!! Do come!!! They take your money but give you the worst sandwich ever!! I ask for a little bit of more lettuce and this is how if i wouldn’t ask for more it would literally be just the bread!!! Cucumber the guy he just put one I had to ask for more. What a shame!!

Short Hispanic lady She was in a bad mood not polite at all. I don’t leave usually bad reviews but I noticed that I am not the only one the feels the same. I understand I can be tough at work but if you don’t like your job at least try to keep a positive attitude towards clients. Not feeling welcome to this place.

This Subway was very dirty. Dirtiest I have been in ever. Service was rude. I won’t come to this location again. I visited 26 May 25 at 2:30pm. I suspect the single employee here was working alone and was disgruntled. A short Hispanic lady. She was not friendly at all and was on her phone talking while making the subs.
