The drive-thru was adequate. The person manning the drive-thru was friendly. The drive-thru line is a little slow in general, but they are also fairly popular because there are limited late night options in that area.

This is a good Taco Bell. They have the ordering process set up, so you don't really interact with the staff too often. I asked about my order & the person helping me looked a little lost in his own mind. It was not a big deal. He was nice, although not very tuned into what was happening in the restaurant. Like any Taco Bell or fast food chain, I don't have huge expectations regarding customer service. It is also most likely because everything is processed using mobile orders & kiosks. That said, the food is delicious and fresh. It is pretty busy at this location at times, but they are quick. They were out of mild sauce last time I visited, but they don't charge for up to 15 packets, so I am giving them a pass on that. As far as Taco Bell goes, this location is as good as any location, if not better. Cheers!!

I went inside with my kids and we almost had a good experience but the loud constant whistling noises from the older female worker was really annoying and distracting to my kids and we could hear it even through the dining room music. I also saw her preparing food with her bare hands. Gross. The food was okay, but that made me question the way my meal was prepared and somewhat ruined my appetite.

Drive through has been historically decent. I decided to order inside today because of no line inside. Nobody greeted me and no more paying with cash to get around the forced kiosk usage whick btw was unresponsive and took way longer than just ordering with someone familiar with the menu .Nobody ever looked at me the entire 10 minutes I was in there until they had to hand me my food. Also adding lettuce guacamole and chicken makes a bean burrito $7, No Thanks, that's how much I pay to get a good burrito from a real Mexican food place.

I arrived in the drive thru 3 minutes before close . I tried to order online ahead of time but the website did not allow online orders for this locations. Immediately the man speaks and asks if I'm picking up and I said no and then he said sorry I can't take your order I know it's not one yet. I explained to him to tried to order online but the app would not let me and he just said sorry I can't take your order. You are open but you won't take my order idk who employs this man but he is literally taking your money sitting out side smoking by his car instead of taking paying customers orders. These late night places are far and few in between and for those of us who work these hours places staying open are important. I will go to the San Marcos location in the future you honestly don't even deserve one star seeing is how you didn't even service me!!!!! I'm so pissed about this tbh I hate Jack in the box and that's my only option and then they were out of the only thing I am willing to eat there.

Chloe was super kind and professional at the drive-thru. I used to be a trainer at In-N-Out, so I know great customer service when I see it, and Chloe has it naturally. She suggested an upgrade to a meal that made total sense and explained everything so clearly. It was a really great experience—thanks, Chloe!

Could have been a good review but service was horrible I went back in after spending quite a while in the drive thru to ask for sauce and napkins. I was not even acknowledged then when we got to the beach to eat one item was not on the order because it was not heard and rang in.

The first drive-thru Taco Bell order in the last 12+ I've had to get my modified order correct. Arrived close to 11:45pm, and ordered a vegan rendition of their Black Bean Crunch Wrap, as I have at dozens of locations beforehand. This was the first location in ages to get it right first time.

Whoever was working the window the late night of 8/29/24 did a fantastic job of clarification for specifics, knowing the menu details of individual items, and making the experience feel personal. They did a great job of making me feel as if I can continue to return to the location in the future.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options plentiful; vegan options available with proper modification requests.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available if willing to modify existing menu options.
