AWESOME cheeseburger. 8/10. The double charburger was juicy and seasoned perfectly. They even had a lettuce wrap for my gluten-free Mom. Fries were crunchy but fluffy inside. Service was friendly, restaurant (including the restroom) was clean.

New French Onion Char tastes great, alternative to my favorite Santa Barbara Char. During lunch service was fast, dine-in tables were clean.

So the food is decent. Aside from Adelle and other music of similar style/quality being blasted while you dine... I was given a wooden childs play spork to eat with? I sat down and thought for a second and came to the conclusion they must have made a mistake. So I went up to the counter and asked for another fork and knife and they gave me another identical wooden spork. I was able to eat my salad one little piece of lettuce at a time. I probably will never come back and eat inside here again, but if you're planning to do that.. bring your own utensils and ear plugs.

I ordered food to go and when I met my friends at a park, my order was wrong, the Cesar chicken salad was DRY! NO CESAR DRESSING! My fries were cold and my burgers were fine. I was embarrassed because the food was for a friend and her husband. It was too much of a hassle to go buy room temperature dressing at a grocery store. I paid $45 for the order and it was wrong and fries were cold. How do I get my money back?
Well, I always say, three strikes and you're out! The Habit will never be a habit with me. I've tried 3 different locations, urged by people who love it. I think it's the worst burger I've ever had! I would even rate McDonald's or In & Out ahead of this overpriced, sloppy mess! I will never be back!
