Place has no fans. No airflow whatsoever. So freaking hot. Had an open tab and went to my car to go across and jump in the water to cool off and come back and was yelled at to move my car or I would be towed. Couldn’t leave my car for 15 with an open ton to come back. Some regular that hangs there acting like a bouncer. Won’t be back. Shitty was of treating people.

The bathrooms stink of old urine and it's impossibly hot and stuffy inside with bad ventilation. The back outside area is fine.

Came to play pool and have a few drinks. Met some lovely people. Great vibes in the back at the two pool tables. Nice atmosphere. Great mix of people old and young.
Ruined by a big sensitive security guy. 6foot 3ish bald guy in overalls and a black security tshirt. Some girl said something to him in the parking lot and he practically cried. Weak ass behavior in the middle of day. Imagine he would run a mile if anything actually happened. Thought he was going to cry. Security should be cool, calm, and collected and he was undone by an off hand comment by a girl in the parking lot. Would have stayed for the night only for him. Have a word with this guy please.

The Kraken or Crackin' or Kray-kan is quite the pleasure shanty. This place is a local spot that is so fun one must return. It’s a cross between biker bar and pirate saloon and the drinks will put hair on your chest even if you have just waxed it. There is a water experience in the back which is cool and very deck-y which we like for things like live music or playing darts. The Kraken is not to be missed no matter how many different ways people tell us to say this word. I appreciate it and its origins of the mythical sea monster of the mysterious seas. Thank you Kraken - you fun!

My friend and I stopped in to have a drink and the bartender Vinny was working and I have to say 5 stars without a doubt. Best dive bar I’ve been to in awhile! Totally recommend!
Nice for a dive bar. Lots of space. Three pool tables. Common drinks. Both beer and liquor. Live music some days. Juke box. The crowd is sometimes older and regulars, more often though it's younger. No, there is no food.

In the area on vacation, what a great spot! Super chill, nice people a great way to slow the pace of the day down. This place will be my go-to every time I’m in this area. I wish we had one of these where I live… I’d be there often. They don’t make them like this anymore. Old school is the best school!
