Great pizza, the people there are really nice. You can dine in or take out. Dine in option have a good amount of seating. I diffidently recommend if you in the area.

Might be the best pizza I’ve had. Fresh food, great wings, and very at home feel. Will definitely be back!!!

We've been looking for a good pizza since Italy and we finally found one! Dough was thin, crispy yet very tasty. All ingredients were really fresh. Staff was very nice and helpful. Such a nice day we were able to sit and just enjoy. When we are down in this area will definitely pay another visit.

I got the Cheese Pizza and I'm torn cuz the Taste was good... but it was floppiest droopiest center. The center should still be stiff and crisp. But again the Taste was great. So if you go here ask for easy cheese and get it well done so you don't have that problem. Portnoy would probably give this a 7.0 and be sad about the flop!

They make you order on line. They tell you that it will take 35 minutes. One pizza small with 4 toppings cost $32.00. I arrived exactly in 30 minutes. A young girl asked for my name and took my pizza out of a delivery bag. I could tell by the temperature of the box that the pizza had been sitting awhile. I asked the girl, how long ago had the pizza been boxed. She told me that she didn't know. When I asked if she worked there, she smuggly replied that she didn't work there. I asked for the manager, who was the cook (apparently). He said the pizza had been sitting for 20 minutes, because he had a big rush.If you require me to order online, drive there and back, and pay $32 for a pizza.... then I expect it to be hot and fresh. They didn't even offer me napkins, parm, or peppers. He did offer to make another one. I didn't have the time to wait. There are tons of pizza choices. If you are going to charge the high prices for your product, then service and execution have to be on point.I won't make the same mistake twice!

I came here on a date night with my husband back in December and was helped by the wonderful Solimar. She greeted us and talked us through the menu. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and it's obvious that she is passionate about connecting with people. We ordered the salad and a mashed potato pizza. I know what you're thinking...mashed potato pizza?! But it works! Just trust me! The food was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is casual and fun. URBN never disappoints. Check it out the next time you're in the mood for some amazing pizza!

I think it is in the Public Interest to advise people to stay away from this terrible restaurant. The food is unremarkable and they employ shady misleading marketing practices. Stay away.

Loved the pizza, we had four different types but my favorite was the one with mashed potatoes and bacon.

Very disappointed. We ordered a So Meaty pizza at the Ale Smith pop up and it did not come with everything listed. We were not informed of this when we ordered nor when they gave us the pizza. They handed it to us at which point I asked about the missing ingredients and they said they ran out. We were not offered a refund.

Cute little place with a nice outdoor area, pizza was amazing and the workers were really nice! We got the traditional margherita pizza, this is the small. We will definitely go back if we're in California again!

Although, I am a little disappointed with the lack of ability inside the building. Because I am in a wheelchair. I still give the place a five out of five stars. Impeccable service. Great atmosphere. And most of all the pizza and wings are a 10/10. You gotta come check it out.Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs inside the building and a high bar inside but the patio atmosphere is pretty nice so I ain't mad. Also, not sure about the restroom. I will still be coming back.

I have fond memories of going to Urbn in Vista on the regular and enjoying the crispy, charred thin crust pizza with tasty toppings. I've been to the one in North Park also many years ago. However, this place has jumped the shark. We ordered the Margherita pizza for the kids and got the pepperoni, pepper-chino pizza, and an Italian chopped salad. First indication this place was no good, it was completely empty on a Saturday night and our first option at Buona Forchetta was packed with a 45 min wait. We considered a 10 min drive to Solana Beaches Pizza Port, but it was getting late for the kiddos. Bad decision based on laziness. The pizza was totally soggy. Need to bake for at least a few more minutes. The dough quality has really gone downhill. No longer soft and tasty, it was thin and wet. The pepper-chino pizza was way too acidic and salty. Terrible flavor profile. Much better off at the Costco food court honestly. The hazy ipa was good, and the chopped salad was better. Never going back again though since the bread quality has diminished so much. But we saved a few minutes on the commute and wait times though. Quick seating for a large and noisy group. You get what you are willing to wait for. What you pay for is not what you get here though. Way overpriced for a sloppy wet cardboard pizza that fails on many levels. What irks me is that there is so much better pizza here in every block. Dominos, Costco, even store bought is preferred to this mess. RIP Urbn. New Haven would repudiate you.

The pizza is one of the few New Haven style pizzas in San Diego, very thin and floppy, and incredibly delicious.

Best pizza I've had in the area. Always crispy crust from the coal fire and great tasting sauce/cheese & toppings. Only complaint is that it is definitely on the pricey side.
