How many times can you get a drive thru order wrong??? 3rd time in a row, I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular. Pretty sad. My fault for not checking, but not for me and late at night so too dark to tell. It's comical how bad they are.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked for Cook to order food they gave us hard ass burgers, fries that taste like they’ve been double dipped and super salty tasting and also got a chili and they put more cheese than anything.

I ordered the loaded fries in the drive thru. They were cold, the cheese would not melt and there was a strip of bacon on top vs crumbled bacon like it should have been. I walked in and waited at the counter for over 3 minutes with employees looking at me but none coming to acknowledge or help me. I finally asked is anyone working the counter? I did not receive a response, but the woman on the fryer hollered to someone else who eventually emerged. The manager woman was very dry and unenthusiastic but I politely told her I just bought this from the drive thru and it's cold. She asked if I wanted something else but I just requested a refund. She eventually gave a half hearted apology.
The burgers paddies are dehydrated, microwaved, garbage. That they overheat. The girl working the drive through has a heavy accent, speaks too softly, and with an attitude. fast food used to be real food, now it's whatever they can get away with, why eat there if its gonna make you feel worse than if you didnt go
