My granddaughter loves Wendy's. If I need to bribe her this is the answer. She loves the chicken nuggets, and has to have a frosty. I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich.
The menu sign said that my drink was $2.29. I was charged $3.29. The woman at the window just told me the sign was wrong. Then when I asked for the manager, she told me that she was the manager and so refused to give me a correction. Bad service!!

Well several times they got my order wrong, but weeks ago was the worst. They got it wrong, then they fixed but the chicken was undercooked, I asked to fix it again, and meanwhile, my fries were getting cold, and no one offered me another fries.So, in the end i did not enjoy that meal, and I will not take risks again. I don't recommend this location in Encinitas, CA and I will not return there!

Did a quick drive through and they gave me the wrong order - I asked for regular nuggets but gave me spicy! And fries were old not fresh. Also gave me a knife for my frosty. AND they tried to keep my card!! Gave me the food first like I wasn't going to ask for it back. I'll be checking my bank to make sure they didn't overcharge me. Don't even bother going to this location. Worst one ever!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's location. When I arrived at night, the menu lights were off, and it seemed like they were closed. After I mentioned this, a staff member said they were broken, but magically, they turned on afterward. This inconsistency left me concerned about their service. I'm now hesitant to eat my food, and it feels like Wendy's, like many fast-food places, has lost its way. (Light we're completely off, took picture while turning back on)

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Tables were disgusting. Trash inside. Sticky floors. Employee taking orders kept disappearing. Waited to order for 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. No ketchup in the dispensers. Soda machine was out of most flavors. Thermostat hanging off the wall. Food took a long time to come out and was lukewarm. I didn't want to complain and request new food. I just wanted to get out of there. This restaurant is also overrun with homeless people. Won't be back.
