They were extremely busy that night and we were not able to get sat on time, but it was completely understandable and the staff was doing everything they could to make it happen! We had such a great and attentive server and Cook. We had a great time.
It was my daughter‘s birthday and we had requested a particular chef and a serve server. Come to find out the Chef is no longer there and the server was not there either. Even though the server we had was awesome. The Chef has something to be desired. I specifically spoke with management asking for their best chef and their best server. All we got was their best server.
It was good to be seated at a teppan table quickly. However, service wasn't the best after everyone got their drink orders. I ordered a lunch boat (which didn't require any cooking), and two of my items (edamame and rice) arrived really late. I pretty much finished the food on my lunch boat when those two items arrived.
