I’d bet my hard earned money that this is the slowest chick fil a location on the globe. Terrible management at this location

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and was extremely impressed. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in, and my order was prepared unbelievably fast. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Even during a busy time of day, the team kept everything moving smoothly. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent service and quick food production. I will definitely be returning!

Lousy service, uncooked fries, and still had on the one thing i asked them to take off the sandwich. Highly recommend looking up how you operate and fix it.

I was in line to order breakfast and as my turn came up to order the girl taking outdoor orders skipped my car. I had to keep advancing in the line and my order wasn’t taken til way after as I approached closer to the window. It made no sense. The girl taking my order wasn’t very welcoming either and had a subpar attitude, which is unusual for the typical chick fil a employee. Food was great and people at the window were great too!

The boy at the drive thru was so clueless that he allowed two other cars get ahead of me in the second line, making me wait longer while he figured it out. I only ordered ONE item, a Cherry Berry frosted lemonade, diet with whipped cream. Relatively easy.
When I received the drink there was no whip cream, and by that time I had driven off and had to park in a meter parking in order to go back and have them fix it. I asked the manager to simply add whipped cream to the top but he insists on remaking the whole drink which is definitely not what I asked for! It made me wait even longer for it. Good customer service means you actually listen to what the customer wants!
Then he put a TINY amount of whipped cream on it (see photo), and when I complained about that and asked for more, he said, We're not even supposed to put whipped cream on the diet frosted lemonade. So what? That's a lousy excuse, and when I said so he claimed it was because this location is different, which is absolutely wrong because just last week I got a diet frosted lemonade from this location with whipped cream on it. Still, he did not add more whipped cream.
Every sip of the drink just made me think about how they completely failed and made it the whole experience crappy. It wasn't even that good of a drink! What a waste of time and money, and it could have been solved by LISTENING to the customer. MASSIVE fail over something so small! 🤬

To call Roy a fast food employee would be a woeful understatement. He is less an employee and more a beacon of human excellence. His wit sparkled with the precision of a finely cut diamond, each jest delivered with a timing so impeccable it could humble even the most seasoned court jester. We found ourselves not merely laughing but transported — as if comedy itself had chosen to incarnate through him for one evening.
And then came his tales: harrowing, yet recounted with such modesty that one almost doubted their veracity, were it not for the quiet authority in his tone. Children rescued from a burning orphanage, a bus of stranded travelers carried to safety on his very back, a moment where — I kid you not — he looked the grim specter of Death in the eye and convinced him to take the night off. Each story rendered us increasingly aware that we were in the presence of a man not bound by ordinary mortal constraints.
But it was his smile, oh, his smile, that achieved what even my sandwich could not. It radiated warmth not unlike a hearth in some ancestral manor, thawing the coldest recesses of the human spirit. Under its glow, one felt not like a customer, but like kin long lost and joyfully rediscovered.
I could, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone who values fine dining. But more importantly, I must recommend Roy, whose very existence elevates not only this restaurant, but the entire human experience.
