I had to jump on and say Matthew, took my order and payment at the drive thru lane, is such a great guy! Very professional and pleasant! It’s rare these days when it comes to customer service, especially at fast food joints. I appreciated him and he made me smile!

One time, my friend and I happened to find a trash can messy. We cleaned it up a little bit, and then the workers gave us free ice cream for cleaning.

I gotta give it a horrible experience not too sure what goes on inside of that place, but not the best experience. I’ve had what we’ve had from Chick-fil-A very very rude people at the drive-through window and they need to change their staff and put friendlier people to work rather than people who don’t even greet you when you get to the window also, every other time we have come here the order has been wrong or incorrect somehow someway . We will for sure be looking to speak to someone with higher up authority with my concerns and matters. Thank you.

We got half cooked fries..it was super busy and the drive thru staff could not manage the traffic. Chicken strips were cold as well.

Ordered the pimento sandwich and instead of telling me they’re out, they just tried to get away with making the sandwich without any ingredients. When I pointed this out, they said I’m SOL and only when I pulled a Karen and talked to the manager did they even attempt to fix the issue. Not very “my pleasure” of this lazy, indignant excuse for a staff.
Don’t bother going, there are other chick fil as that aren’t garbage.

You sit outside and get food from a tiny window. The chicken strips are size of chicken nuggets and sooo salty

Bad manners I asked for two combos to take away and the manager laughed because the person who served me only charged me for one and a single hamburger and he apologized that he didn't understand me because I spoke Spanish and my daughter translated for me and then they refused to charge me the difference . The treatment of the handlers is not humane.
