This is the most incompetent Chik-fil-A I have ever seen. They almost always screw up my order. The fried chicken is usually overcooked and dry — very much unlike Chik-fil-A is supposed to be.
I always want a peach milkshake in the summer — one time I went this year, and they said the milkshake machine was down, which I could forgive if it weren’t for all the other stuff. I then went back tonight thinking it was my last chance before Labor Day. When I asked for my peach milkshake, this condescending employee said, We don’t have those; that’s a seasonal item. I said, It’s August! And he said (unconcerned), Yeah? I said, I’m driving through. And I left.
I am so bereft that this is the closest Chik-fil-A to my house, but I am NEVER going back. And I strongly suggest you avoid it! I don’t know if it’s a training location or what, but get your act together, people!

Fast service. Can't complain. I come here once a week to get their fried chicken sandwich with extra pickles and I would eat it every day of the week if I could. Staff is better than some of the other restaurants their age, you can tell they have better training. I wouldn't sit down to eat, place is a mess, but it's great for takeout.

The drive through is a bit chaotic, but the staff are really good and get your through without much hassle. Needless to say this is a good location for Chick-fil-A in my opinion.

I had to jump on and say Matthew, took my order and payment at the drive thru lane, is such a great guy! Very professional and pleasant! It’s rare these days when it comes to customer service, especially at fast food joints. I appreciated him and he made me smile!
One time, my friend and I happened to find a trash can messy. We cleaned it up a little bit, and then the workers gave us free ice cream for cleaning.

I gotta give it a horrible experience not too sure what goes on inside of that place, but not the best experience. I’ve had what we’ve had from Chick-fil-A very very rude people at the drive-through window and they need to change their staff and put friendlier people to work rather than people who don’t even greet you when you get to the window also, every other time we have come here the order has been wrong or incorrect somehow someway . We will for sure be looking to speak to someone with higher up authority with my concerns and matters. Thank you.
