This Dunkin was clean and the staff was super friendly and warm. Paloma is a standout amongst the dunkin employees I've met. She is kind, thoughtful, and friendly. This will be dunkin I visit going forward just because of her. The barista behind the counter whose name I didn't catch was also very attentive. Please keep up the excellent customer service.

Most of the time I'm in and out. Rarely do I sit there but sometimes. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There have been 2 or 3 times where something is weird and they don't let you sit when they're open for another 90 minutes but I get my stuff and leave. Then I use the permanent outdoor seating. I go frequently for the refreshers ( & for the occasional donut that is never GF :0 )

Never have to wait for my order even if I order via the app 5-min before I show up. The friendly staff have come to know me so it's a nice touch to be greeted when I come in. There's a small seating area both inside and outside if you need to get a little work done or have some time to sit. Parking is pretty easy but can get busy when the nearby restaurant is open. Lately I've noticed a security guard out front to wrangle the homeless that show up at times, which...
