Kopan Sushi & Ramen offers great service and delicious food, especially their sushi rolls like the baked salmon roll, crunch spider roll, and dragon roll. While known for their perfectly cooked ramen, the sushi and sashimi are also highly recommended, including the Naked Roll and nigiri belly dishes. The staff is friendly and professional, even during busy times, though some new servers may still be learning. The restaurant has nice decor and a chill atmosphere, although some find the chairs a bit uncomfortable. Food comes out quick, and the establishment is spotless. Parking options include an underground structure and metered street parking. Regular diners visit this location at least 3-4 times a month and praise it as one of the best among other locations, calling it some of the best sushi in the Valley. Groups of 1-4 are perfect, but large parties may be harder to accommodate.
