Yamato Reviews
Our waiter was very kind but the chef wasnt happy at all and you could tell. The wrong order was brought to the table as the chef never even made it. The waiter was so kind and attentive. If not for him id give it a lower rating bc we had to wait awhile for our sushi amd the table that came after us got their order before ours. So who knows
Honestly huge slay
Always good.

Yamato is a wonderful family restaurant with a clean and affordable atmosphere. The chefs are skilled and interactive, preparing delicious food right in front of guests. The staff, from management to busboys, are friendly and accommodating, especially with kids. A recent visit highlighted the fantastic service, as the hostess was sweet and accommodating to large groups. The lively ambiance makes Yamato a great spot for celebrations and Sunday gatherings, with families enjoying birthday celebrations complete with lights and songs. However, some guests noted that prices have increased, with the cheapest chicken menu at $33.99 and the shrimp menu at $36.99, leading to higher bills for families. While the "show" is consistent, the experience remains enjoyable, with chefs like Ishmael and Austin providing fun moments. Overall, Yamato is a lively place, great for special occasions despite some guests finding it a bit expensive for the experience.
