We are regular customers and came here last night and the service was absolutely disgrace. Chef was horrible, provided us very little portion of the food. We ordered the #1 on the menu and got the first time after coming here soooo many times, I was extremely appalled by the service. Waitress was also very unprofessional. Made a complaint to manager and managed didn't care or did anything for compensation. I do not recommend this place at all anymore.

I came to celebrate my niece's 16th birthday on Sunday. Food was delicious! Our chef was really good. He was very interactive with me and my family. The place was clean and it was affordable. Service was all around great. I definitely recommend people coming here.

Never coming back to Yamato again. I was ignored for over 5 minutes at the bar. The bartender was not busy and had the time to come over for at least 30 seconds and speak to me. Instead the older woman bartender looked at me multiple times and didn't care to give me a menu or at the very least greet me. I don't want to say it was racially driven but considering all of the white people at the bar had drinks and were being served, but me being a single black woman, maybe she felt servicing me in an appropriate manner was not necessary. Interesting. I only left 1 star because the host was nice.

Horrible wait time....they will give your spot to others if they see they are more than your party. Do not go there, they will stress you out very much! Waited 1hr and then walked out, they kept pushing us down the line.

this place is horrible. bill was 440+60$ service charge. group of 9 people only 8 paid. 5 used card and 2 used cash and one used apple pay. they took 440 and divided it by 5 which was 88$ which we all paid with card. my friend paid apple pay for the service charge of 60$. the waiter pocketed the 120$ cash and took it for himself. NEVER COME HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THIS. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR THIS PLACE SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS
we got scammed. my boyfriejnd and i payed $120 cash cause we didnt have card and they pocketed the money and charged $88 each on my other friends cards. we were a group of 9 people. one person didn't eat so 7 had to pay. me and boyfriend paid cash so that means five people paid card. our total was $440. do the math. i am fuming !!!!!!!! I only gave one star because of the server austin. he was amazing. love him.

This place is a wonderful family restaurant. The entire staff (from bus to chefs to management) is very friendly and accommodating. Specifically, Kimberly the manager is incredible and is fantastic with kids. Also, Steven the chef is awesome - a real crowd pleaser.

I love this restaurant so much! Their food is amazing. The service is fantastic. I love it that they cook right in front of you, and the show is amazing. I usually come on Sunday afternoons when it's not usually too busy, but on Sunday night it's very busy and the ambiance is great. I want to commend Angel and Kim, they are so caring and nice. Amazing!!! It's my favorite restaurant!

Been sitting here as I right for 42 minutes now (7:32) got seated 08:12PM. I lost my patience and went up and asked when we're gonna eat. Horrible service. Nothing offered and they m were tight in the salad soup since 2/8 wanted to share. I will NEVER COME BACK here again. Horrible service horrible ambiance

I’ve been coming here for years, and have never been disappointed by the quality of my experience! Good service. Good food and portions - enough to take home afterwards and eat another meal. Good vibes overall and love that they sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY upon request. Perfect for any occasion, whether it’s with a small group of friends or a big family gathering :)
