The waitress did not bring bread over like they normally do, and then we ordered the grilled Caesar salad and she brought us a plain Caesar salad and then offered to bring the extra things that go with the salad over, but she just brought jicama and dressing and we thought we were gonna get a grilled salad so finally she brought the grilled salad and the whole experience was just a disaster. At first, I planned to write a poor review because it was frustrating to make reservations by phone or to get anyone even to answer. Eventually, I went online and used OpenTable. It was my first time at the restaurant. I loved everything about it: the food, the service, the ambiance. Kennedy was our waitress. Outstanding! I loved that the Encino location was open for lunch. I'll definitely go back to try the dinner menu. I highly recommend this place.
We ate on the patio for early bird dinner. The menu is very limited so we ordered partially from the dinner menu. The food was good and also expensive. The service was also good. The patio was comfortable and quiet.
