That sounds like a fantastic dining experience
Went here for anniversary dinner. I loved the shared intimate group dining experience for 10 people capacity. It was nice to be up close with the chefs making the food while interacting with diners. Food did not disappoint. It certainly hit my requirements for novel flavors. the whole experience was worth the price. highly recommend for date night.
This restaurant is always fantastic. Highly recommend if you've never tried. Had in LA, Chicago and Austin now. Please come to Vegas!! Vegas needs a sushi by scratch BAD. The locals will love it

The chefs, Jeremy, Adrian, and Mark, are impressive and create unbelievable food. Guests have described the omakase experience as one of the best they've ever had, with the work put into each piece of sushi being more than impressive. The staff, including the bartender and management, are attentive and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere in the fancy setting. While the music selection could be improved, the overall experience is amazing, and the restaurant is highly recommended for special occasions.
