They had a bundle for 2 big macs, 20 pcs chicken Mc nuggets, and 2 medium fries for only $20. I come here often since I work near by.
The staff are nice and the service is usually quick. Oh yeah, and the place is one of the cleanest franchise I've seen.

The staff was not delivering the food at the table, even though we had the table tent.. not just for us, but for everyone. The staff were rude to children and ignored us.

placed a pick up order, went through the drive thru all of the sudden they don't have my order. Manager didn't even know how to work the app and told us to get out of the line cause he had too much people. I work in fast food and would never do this what a shame.

These ladies working in there need to get there ears checked. Might be deaf? I don’t know. I Was literally shouting outside my car for them to take my order from the drive thru. Pulled forward and no one was there on the window to assist. If yall want mc Donald’s go to the one 15700 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA 91436. Better people better service.

I'm not a McDonald's fan when it comes to food. After seeing no customers inside, tables empty but dirty and trash can full. It really makes me think twice before coming here again
The food delivery person was not allowed to use the restroom. They demanded that I at least buy a drink to use the restroom. It also seems like a mockery when a person who needs to relieve himself is offered to buy a drink
