Everytime I order through the app. I am always missing items to my order. I have to always talk to a manager upon this matter for them to tell me to dispute it through my bank instead of just refunding the money spent or giving me my missing items. This has happened about 5 times already.

The workers were doing something and it took more than 30 minutes to get our food and they messed up our order too. They didn’t know how to count money and made us wait an extra 20 minutes to get our actual food in the drive thru waiting zone. There was normally no people but then something happened and now there was more than 16 people in the line making it take forever.
My friends & I all paid separately on our mobile apps. When we pull up they say only 2 mobile orders per car so we have to drive around AGAIN in AN EMPTY drive through so she can give it to us. Mind you 11:16 PM! Then my friends get their order (before we drive around one more time) & she’s telling my friend she never ordered an ice cream. My friend keeps trying to get the older lady here to look at her mobile order & she doesn’t & keeps saying “no u didn’t order an ice cream” took literally 2-3 minutes to get this women to look at my friends mobile order! I’m currently driving around again for my mobile order so let’s see if we have more issues :)

It's McDonald's. You know what you're going to get when you go there. It's always pretty consistent. Any McDonald's you go to you're going to get the same general quality generally. 1 hack I will recommend get the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and add a Big Mac sauce to it. That's my personal go to when they don't have McRibs in season.. and my dog loves the chicken nuggets.
