I have a Filet-O-Fish, once a year. I came in on a Friday (so I knew it was gonna be hot and fresh), had that $2.99 promo going on. I used the app, got a medium fry for free with any $1 purchase. They were hot too. Not a bad yearly treat for $3.27.

I got a grubHub order, so every thing was packed up in a bag unopen , when I open it up this what I saw Half way empty coffee that was post to be a Caramel macchiato ,but it just tasted like coffee with milk and cold food . I don’t blame the driver for pick this food up for me ,this is 100% the workers at McDonalds.

I ate inside both times. Both were at lunch time. The first time there was a very nice employee who helped me order and pointed out the deals. The food was quick and tasty. The second time I went, the manager was taking orders inside and doing the drive-thru orders and packing food. She took over 10 minutes to get the food and let a doordash person sit there for literally 15 minutes before even acknowledging him. The female manager was rude and doing too much at the same time. I watched her repeat the process for the next three customers that came in while I ate. I finished eating before they even got their food. In terms of the atmosphere, they are playing old love songs and depressing ballads that made me want to jump off a cliff.

This is an excellent McDonald's. excellent service. personnel that is friendly. both inside and out are clean. The only issue I had was that the weather was pleasant outside. I so chose to dine in my car. parked towards the rear. beneath a tree. and I saw a great deal of folks. consuming marijuana. d many homeless individuals. rearward. In the McDonald's parking lot, smoking. and not a single word from McDonald's. regarding it. McDonald's should be a family-friendly restaurant, but that's not what I observed.

One of the nicest breakfasts I've eaten at McDonald's in twenty years. Throughout the years, the Deluxe Breakfast Plato was one of my favorites. One of the three best McDonald's meals I've ever had was at this location.

Zero stars for their performance last night ! If I could give a minus 10 rating I would ! Where do I begin ? I asked for a large hot chocolate and was charged as such. I pulled around to the 2nd window and was handed my drink. As I pulled off I noticed a coffee aroma and sure enough I had been handed a large coffee ! I went back to exchange it and was told the cocoa machine was down for the day. Since I really wasnt craving coffee I asked for a refund. I was given back LESS than I paid ! I was charged $ 3.39 for the hot chocolate and was handed back $ 3.19 , the price of a large coffee. When I questioned it , I got nothing but bD attitude from the staff working - never coming to this location again ! Bunch of crooks working there and they dont hand out receipts so its my word vs. theirs. They couldnt even give me the correct customer service number when asked - they gave me the local store's number instead - morons !

Terrible McDonald's . This is my locallocation since I was a little kid . I have seen it go down hill fast . The last few years they cannot get an order right to save their lives . A couple days ago their app was broken and I went into the location to order . The app allows the sauces you want . I order a chicken nuggets and they tried to tell me each sauce was 40Cents . I told them the app was broken which they acknowledged it was but said they operate separately to normal McDonalds protocol and they will stick to the charge and could care less about my business . Ray Croc is rolling over in his grave to see how crappy this location is . Do yourself a favor and go to the location in Tarzana or across the street to Chick Fil A .
