I am a caterer and I came all the way from Las Vegas to buy kosher meat here for a Thanksgiving dinner client. The turkeys were perfect and the rib roast I ordered were expertly butchered to my chef's exacting specifications. I was impressed with how much selection they had available on the Tuesday before the holiday.
